What’s the point of this website if you can’t actually order the FMT treatment? The owner claim it’s due to regulations, but if that’s the case, why even keep the website open and make it look like it's working? I also received an unnecessarily negative and hostile reply by email, which is very unprofessional.

Terrible email response. No respect at all. No hello, no "customer services", very cold response to tell you to read the entire forum posts to get answer from the questions you ask regarding the request (lol). I wish they would answer me. I have contacted multiple times within the last month and not email or call back at all. I am very interested in donating and what they do and I would like to be apart of the cause if only they messaged back. I have filled out all I needed to that was required.

Michael is probably the most knowledgeable person in this field. I've been to multiple FMT clinics around the world and the donor arranged by Michael was hands down the highest quality. If you're considering FMT, I highly advise you to go with Michael and read through the necessary material to understand the treatment and the factors that affect success or failure. It may seem easier to just go to some clinic that looks professional and well put together but at the end of the day, donor quality is all that matters. The price is also significantly cheaper than what these clinics will charge you.
