Website was good, easy ordering and plenty of information. Product was ready and waiting for me. Unable to comment on the contents as they are Christmas presents but I’m sure they will be ok.

A problem with a broken glass in transit was rectified without an argument. Top class and very happy with service.

They’re meandering, relaxing, and a little bit shady – like an afternoon under oak beams. Or like Humber Doucy Lane, from which we take our name: modern Ipswich houses on one side, the countryside on the other. It’s named for the ‘refreshing shade’ (‘ombre douce’) found there by Napoleonic War prisoners relaxing after their labours. Or is it? Like a lot of the mardles you’ll hear in a Suffolk pub, that one is … debatable. Discovering Humber Doucy Brewing Company at the Anglia Business Exhibition in Ipswich. Meeting one of the co-founders at the event. After placing an order for a mixed case, the beers arrived promptly. Tasted 3.6% King Slayer - Suffolk Bitter; 4% Friday Street - Hazy Summer Ale; and 4.5% Hedgerow - Nettle & Elderflower Saison, all of which I've thoroughly enjoyed. I took a bottle of Hedgerow to one friend in Norfolk, and emailed another friend in Suffolk. I've also posted on LinkedIn, to reach my 1,300+ connections most of whom are in Norfolk & Suffolk. Always great beer

Always great beer. Fantastic communication. John and Alan are excellent brewers. My favourite is the Porter. Cheers!

Hoppy Beers

I like to taste a variety of beers and these were new to me. I wish the bottles were larger but they were light which is good for the environment. I prefer beers which are very hoppy.

Website was good, easy ordering and plenty of information. Product was ready and waiting for me. Unable to comment on the contents as they are Christmas presents but I’m sure they will be ok.

Great beers and service

Great beers and service. I made my first order and then signed up top their emails, where I could have got 10% off my first order. I asked and they honoured this and gave me a £5 gift card. Great local brewery and the beers really are superb.
