the product is of high quality, much more than what is on the market at the moment, I bought a harness and a leash, I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. The problem is that I bought the two products thinking that they come as a bundle, which has a different price, I sent email to customer support, but unfortunately he doesn't really appreciate the customer. I recommend it with confidence

Had no issues with Hunter hound found them to be very helpful especially when I’d ordered the wrong size. I had an issue with DPD they delivered my package to a post office and didn’t say which on ended up going to 5 different post office just to get my package. All they did was send me a email of my package at the post office they had delivered too which was not helpful

Fast Service .. I brought the pink muzzle .. it is much better for my Artic as her old one used to rub on her nose ... I will definitely be buying the Blue muzzle next for my boi Echo .. would definitely recommend 👌

Always beautifully packed, arrives sooner than expected. The products themselves are beautifully made, extremely robust and wash and dry perfectly every time. Ordered the Khaki utility lead, tactical collar & swivel adapter.

Overall very good but far from perfect…

Utility lead is great but VERY heavy and I didn’t think it’d bother me so much when I saw it online but, the colour only being one sided is a real let down as, due to the handle positioning and the way it extends, I see the black side MUCH more than the khaki colour.

My pocket bully needed the 26” plus neck size and the Tactical collar is great quality but VERY heavy! A lighter version would be a good seller I think?!

Swivel adapter is good but obviously adds even more weight to these heavy collar and lead sets AND shows off the issue of the one sided colour scheme on the lead that I really find annoying in person.

I wanted to order another set in the orange but this is really putting me off…
Is it possible to make the leads the same colour both sides and maybe do a lighter weight range??

Amazing as always. Great products amazing brand purchase twice from this company and both times have arrived in a timely manner and all products acquired have been 10/10 cannot fault them.

Good quality collar and lead. Sadly it's pet down by there not being anywhere to attach an ID tag. By law a tag is needed when a dog is outside in the UK so I will probably switch to another brand as there are others out there that supply a D ring to be able to attach this.
