I just received the tripod I ordered today and it is better than I expected. Straight away it looks and feels like quality. Thanks again.

Service and delivery was excellent
Service and delivery was excellent, especially delivery by express post. Never had that before and I buy a lot online.
Only surprise was to be charged for using PayPal. Again never had that before either.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. The feedback is helpful and sincerely appreciated. It is great to hear that you were happy with the speed of delivery and service. Many businesses, particularly in other industries, absorb the PayPal fee as a cost of doing business. At this time we pass on most of the charge to offset our overall cost to remain compliant with the PayPal "acceptable use" policy. Much of our inventory is excluded by the policy, making it a challenge to make sure only the items that are approved can be purchased using PayPal. As an alternative for next time, there are no fees for CC payments using the main payment gateway on the site. We look forward to hearing from you again!

Best service for shooting supplies in Australia, period
I have now placed a couple of orders with the team at Hunstman Firearms from Magnetospeed, to an action to small single items like APA brakes. Every single time the staff have been extremely helpful in ensuring I order parts compatible with my other gear and answering any(including dumb) product questions. Also, orders have usually turned up next day from North Qld. Simply brilliant service.
Give them a try.
