Travelled 2 hours to go and look at a car, called them twice that morning, first time to make sure it was still available, second time to say we was leaving and what time we would be there which they said was fine. Once we got there he told us the car has just been sold, no communication to tell us this, was very rude and said you don’t deserve it you haven’t paid a deposit, even though we were never asked too if not we would’ve before travelling 2 hours.

Avoid!!! Scammers, selling cars with known faults and refusing to acknowledge the problem, my friend has sent In several emails about a fault on the car she was sold! She was also lead to believe it was an easy fix but when take to a local reliable garage she has been told it will cost £500 to fix the car, the owner of the business is rude, incompetent and a dodgy car dealer, they was quick to take her money and then leave the sight of the business straight after the money had been transferred, leaving someone who didn’t speak English in charge of the office. My friend has rang the owner and on the phone he was rude, and refused to pay for the fault in the car and told her they won’t do anything about it, she then asked for a email with it in writing that they are refusing to take responsibility and they still have not been in contact, my friend has had a meeting with citizens advice to report this business to traiding standards as they are selling dodgy cars and listing them on auto traider with no faults. Unfortunately they was given the change to sort the problem but haven’t so now traiding standards will be involved. AVOID!!!!

If it was an option I would have given 0 starts, car was sold to me dirty and coming from a dealership the car should have been cleaned inside and out before hand, I test drove the car to then realised the air con was not working I spoke to the seller and he said that it needed re gassing, I took the car to a local garage to me as I had travelled to get the car from Bedford, the garage re gassed the air con and with in 5 days it had all leaked out, I took the car back to the garage and was told it needs a new condenser, what will cost me another £500! The car was sold to me with known problems by the seller, the seller after the £7,900 was transferred left the sight and left his father in charge that didn’t speak English so when we was struggling to tax the car we got no help because as soon as the money was transferred he left straight away. I have emailed several times to explain the problem with the car to have no reply, I then called the dealership to be spoken to very rudely and told they will not pay! Knowing they sold me the car with broken Aircon and fooling me to buy it. They took it as advantage me being a young women with my younger sister buying a first car and thought I wouldn’t know anything about cars, they pretty much wanted to rip me off. I have already reported the company to traiding standard, and as I have a large social media platform following I will also be posting this business on there for people to be aware and not get ripped off!

Don't trust this dealer at all. I bought a second-hand vehicle from this chap Raja in Bedford, who owns the dealership. Less than three months later, the car needed some serious repairs and soon another issue arose. When I called to explain the situation and asked for reimbursement of the costs or to return the vehicle for a refund, he accused me of scamming and told me I was playing a game with him.

Basically, I got scammed. I should've trusted my gut feeling. Save yourself a massive headache by avoiding this guy and protect your friends and family as well.
