Knocked off 1 star because:
1) Web site is not clear which parts need to be ordered for which type of juicer. I have the juicer model number but web-site doesn't correlate this with spare parts numbers so had to send an email.
2) The email regarding this took several days to reply - would have expected same day reply to a simple query.
3) After placing order, got order confirmation but no confirmation of dispatch nor delivery - it just turned up. It was only a few days but in this day and age we come to expect notification of dispatch and estimated delivery date so we know when to expect the goods.

Fast delivery and Customer service but the online store is poor on information. The par I bought was advertised as to the one model I own but when it arrived it did not fit which made me buy another part so that my juicer would work properly. In the end I ended up spending 40 euros more than I should have.
