Everything is explained and I can call anytime with any questions or concerns. I get regular updates and they call regularly to check in with me. The customer service is 11/10 and I finally have a way out from under the burden of debt.

I have to keep going to court every month. Then I have to pay court cost and loose time and money by having to take off. Then I have to send you the paper work. I feel like I am the one doing your job.
