Customer service slow and scripted. Check in means you have to that gyms check mechanism/ card, plus the Hussle app and it nobody is at the counter at that gym, that means your not getting in. It is a complete faff. The idea is good in theory but unless these things get sorted out, it’s not worth it.

Very good option to be able to use a local gym as well as many others around the country.

Sign d up for 3 month minimum yo be told you can’t book classes at the gym so basically a waster of 200

Hussle has been a great app it allows me to use many different gyms around the uk its cost effective and simple to use highly recommend

I used Hussle to get a one day pass to Nuffield Health Fitness for their gym, sauna and steam room. Hussle provided an excellent service.

Hustle made the process of registering for a local gym in the UK a breeze. The interface is incredibly clean and intuitive, and I was fully signed up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Fantastic user experience!

Its a good solution, but having no access to gym on Saturdays or Sundays is not making it so attractive. will need to rethink if I stay with subscription.

Sorry guys. I find it very annoying to use the code… very archaic way, and regretted buying 3 months. There should be an easier way, more automatic, that I don’t need to give the code to a member of staff every time I want to use the gym.

Flexible access to gyms.

Subscribing was fine and I ma aged to register, but logging into the platform just was not possible, resetting the password doesn’t work. I am time poor, so calling during work hours is challenging. Need help

The pass itself is fine, I've used it for a while and I've never had a problem. But I wouldn't buy into the advertising that you're getting a great deal, especially if you're on BUPA. Using BUPA I should get a 40% discount on the gym fee. They claim my local gym membership is £135 month, so with Hussle it costs £85 a month giving me this amazing discount. The gym actually only cost £95 a month (checking their actual website prices)...so actually I only get £10 off. In addition to that, my card changed, I updated the details and my payment/ month went up £10, for no reason really.

Hussle membership gives me so many choices, great and vast selection of gyms, pools, activities, saunas, simply brilliant!

Set up but thought it was a trial then discovered they are then charging me a monthly fee without it being clear . Difficult to find out how to cancel. However when i did make contact with them they were very helpful, cancelled straight away and refunded amount taken out of my account.

I was disappointed with this pass which I got at a 40% discount through AXA. The monthly membership covered a selection of gyms in my area which are pretty mediocre. Individually, it was cheaper to join any of those gyms on a monthly membership, even after the discount. Also, Hussle don't currently have fitness classes covered as part of the membership, so all in all, it would be cheaper and more beneficial to just join the one gym on a monthly basis. I suppose if you live in an upmarket area and the gyms are great, you may want to try out different ones. It could be useful if you travel to a lot of different areas. I resent being tied in for 3 months too.

Got my gym passes sorted quickly. Good range of gyms. Def use hussle again on my next visit to London
