I had much expected to be leaving a negative for this firm. I found them via Ollie on the move as a referral. Initially the first 4 /5 months was a disaster my case handler left i was not advised then got another one i had to keep pushing and chasing who wasn't on the approved list via referral then i got Deniz as a handler and from day one my opinion changed . He is efficient prompt i got daily responses and in the end he was the one chasing me . He definitely went the extra mile to help completion including coming in early which is rare and was always a phone call away. As new buyers we were pretty much in the dark about conveyancers. As it was a straight forward, Right To Buy from the Council, our broker suggested using a online service. We found Hutchins Law through Onthemoov and was given Deniz Ekdial to deal with our case. From the beginning he was professional, informative and kept us updated every step of the day. Used Hutchins Law (introduced via broker Onthemoov) to sell our property and had good service from Jasmine. Sale was slower than hoped due to delays from the buyer side but Jasmine was fast and attentive and always responded promptly by email (also available by phone if needed).
The work was well-priced with no significant cost increases. My only quibble was having to pay an additional telegraphic transfer fee (which was not made clear in the quote for the work) as I was charged an additional £60 for the solicitors to pay the estate agents' fees from sale proceeds, something I could have done myself in less than one minute at zero cost!

I was allocated Salem Akande to help me buy my first flat. Salem was friendly and helpful, he explained things to me clearly, when i called for updates he would tell me where we were at and what we were waiting for so i could put pressure on the other team via the estate agent while he chased the solicitors.
Compared to the chaos some of my friends in the buying process have experienced I feel lucky to have had someone so straight talking and reassuring helping me. Also worth mentioning any time I called the office to get an update or check an email address etc etc the people I spoke to there were always friendly, polite and would try to find what I needed without any fuss.
