I have received the shipment and it was delivered on time

Was very naïve and didn’t understand the wholesale HVAC business was ecstatic to find out I could buy my own unit and save myself thousands and thousands of dollars in replacement cost delivery was a little slow, but I think it was weather related otherwise it was a great buying experience with HVAC direct

My experience with HVAC direct was exceptional. Everything, the ordering and delivery went smoothly without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them for reordering again in the future. Thanks.

Looks like a quality product. It will be a while before it's in operation as the R&R is slow going. CS changed the width size, order change went through and I received the right product for my project. Good Customer Service and follow through. Now contemplating buying the matching AC Coil & Compressor.

Fast service and reasonable prices. The unit I ordered was damaged in shipping, but was determined to be cosmetic. A $50 concession was offered and accepted, but that basically covered my time to get it back to how it should have been. Nothing like a brand new dent in a brand new furnace. Not HVAC direct's fault, it happens. A bit frustrating but the unit works great.

Paid $3700 for a wood burning stove a month ago. Still haven't received it. Reached out to customer service after the estimated shipping day passed, and after a day or two received a response that it's still out of stock with the wholesaler. Still not sure if it will ever come or if we will have to request a refund. So little communication from hvacdirect that we actually started to worry we had been scammed, and that they were not a legitimate business. They also haven’t offered any additional help, discount, refund- anything to make it right.

It was super easy to order and got here very quickly. I will have to say I was disappointed in the shipping company which is no fault of HVACDirect. They didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. They just dropped off the package and left without me signing anything. I don't think this is how that is suppose to be done. The unit is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you so much HVAC Direct!! You have a customer for life!!

Love that we have an option like this! Kevin was super helpful in sizing and selecting equipment for my home. Kevin provided some good options for finding and selecting a qualified installer that will work with equipment they don't sell.

rep on the phone was good to talk to and provided new information.

Only thing that is disappointing is the installation manual is not as detailed as I thought it would be.

Shipping took about 2 weeks which was expected with such a big item. No issues, boxed perfectly. Wonderful email communication about shipping, and the most amazing response time I have ever experienced. (Less than 10 minutes for a response when I emailed) would highly recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful. There were a few issues with my order. The furnace I ordered wasn't available, so they had to substitute a different one. The original one didn't match the specs of the original one I ordered. When I called them, they were very willing to help correct the issue and found a comparable furnace to the original one I ordered. The second problem happened when they returned the old furnace, they returned the entire order. I called them again and they got the rest of the order to my house in a couple days. The prices were fair and the customer service was awesome. They just need to work on communicating.

Order #1000409038 purchased 02/06/2023 4 ton ACIQ Heat Pump. I purchased this unit last year and installed it for the winter of 2023 of which we had a mild winter. But this winter we have a terrible winter with temperature's down to 10 degrees. as I write this review the outside temp. is 15 degrees and I'm sitting in a 72 Degree room and the unit has no electric heating coils. The amps on the unit is 10 . So it costs me about 29 Cents per hour to heat my 2500 square FT. home. thanks again for a Great product Grant Hurd Moneta Va

Self installed on 12/21/24.
The following power bill was $120 less than the same time the previous year, Even with using 2 electric portable heaters for almost 2 weeks.
Loved that shipping was free!

Good service, product arrived in a good shape but the shipping could be a bit faster.

Price was right, delivery was on-time.

Quality product but all parts needed are not in package. Make sure to order additional parts like refrigerant line.

The one I had ordered was out of stock. It was replaced by the next model up and was shipped immediately because of a time constraint I had. Thank you, It is working well.
