i ordered in april have not recived noting should have read the star rate review first. shame on you Hwinstore

As of today I order 2 wigs 1 month ago. No merchandise, no calls, no updates. Please do no purchase from this company ever.

I have ordered wigs from this website and never received them they gave me a fake phone number and a fake tracking number I would never order from his website again this website sucks I want a refund

I can’t even give this store a star. They are horrible. This is the worst mess I have ever ordered. 1- it took me all of 2 months to even receive the wigs. 2- they look nothing like the picture. 3 - they are not laced fronts. The shot is just bad from start to finish. I will never wear them or use them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. A waste of money and time.

I placed an order in April for two wigs and I have yet to receive them. If this web sight wants better reviews then I suggest they do better business!! I need a refund ASAP!!!

All I can say is false advertisement. Wigs suck, suck, suck. Stay away RUNN FAST!!!!!!!

Please do not buy any wigs from this company, I repeat, Please do not buy any wigs from company called Hwinstore! You will do better if you purchase a wig from your local Halloween costume shop! Don’t waste your money or time waiting for this crap to appear on your front doorstep. Learn to do your research and read reviews before purchasing anything online. I learned my lesson well! If it’s to good to be true, then it’s a lie.

No stars honestly. This place is a ripoff I order a wig from this company thinking I’m bout to have a good wig coming in. The address on the package is from a gas station. Mind you this wig was $59 plus a $9 shipping. Crusty dusty musty wig! IM UPSET!!

Yes i order a wig april 22, 2020 and i have yet to receive anything .somebody going to give me my money back. Never will i order from them again.

Like a dummy I ordered as well but way back on the 20th of April and have yet to receive my order and refund to my account for the amount of$62 03 what a scam never again

I am very disappointed... It's been over a month and still haven't received my order... Not sure if I could reverse my cash back.... Clearly company is a scam and IL expose it on Facebook...

I ordered 2 wigs one short and one long.i just got them today I opened the package and they were NOT what I ordered at all.i midus well have went to my own hair place and got a synthetic wig that looks better than the ones I’ve got. The closure on the wig was not what they were in the pictures and I wasted good money on a package that took like 2-3 months between the time I ordered it all my packages I’ve ordered off amazon already arrived after they said they would take like a few months. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

After about 6 weeks of waiting I just received my wigs and let me just say, I’m highly dissatisfied. The wigs are not laced front and they do not look like anything on Hwinstore website. They look and feel more like costume wigs. They started shedding the minute I took them out of the package. My advice is, pay the money for the real thing. Because you will not get the look that is advertised on the Hwinstore website.

Pls ladies never buy any wig from this store/company. I purchased two wigs from them. No communication from them. I wrote emails to them to send my hair. When the hairs finally arrive. They never look anything near like the hairs they are advertising. The hairs they advertise are entirely different to what they send. They are criminals. I have wasted my #60. Their hair is total rubbish. My teenager daughter even could not accept them. I'm about to put them in the bin. What a wasted effort

I can't believe it if I know this company was like that they took my money no phone call no order somebody need to do something with this company and why is Facebook got them on there we need to sue Facebook to they need to take them off I want my money back for my two wig okay now

They actually needs no star i truly blame facebook for letting these scam artist advertise so in my opinion they are getting a KICK back no money back no confirmation and no contact i began looking into the company when i didn't receive a confirmation # the BBB needs to be contacted and Facebook neeeds to be held accountable I want my MONEY BACK

I purchased online two wigs on 5/13/20, didn't realize there was no phone number to contact anyone nor a time frame as to when my wigs would be delivered. After checking out reviews on google I found out that several customers that have paid for their merchandise have yet to receive it. I called my bank on 5/12/20 and had them to stop payment on this purchase and also reported them as scam to the Better Business Bureau.

I wouldn't even give them one star..i ordered two wigs over a month ago and haven't gotten anything...they don't answer any emails I send them..i was scammed ...someone needs to shut that site down..there thieves..not right..i can't afford to just lose over 60 bucks..please shut them down.
