1st time ordering, great service, there was a 2 day delay with dispatching my order, got a lovely note apologising for delay and extra pack of pods to make up for delay will definitely order again

Poor customer service
The Vaperz Cloud VCP I purchased didn't work and they wouldn't respond to my emails. Now I'm stuck with a non functional device. Poor customer service.

Hi.
We did post the order on Monday since you ordered on Saturday evening and post office was already close and not open on Sunday. This is more to Royal Mail and due to the lockdown 2.0 it might take slightly longer.

First time I ordered online and it was so easy. They even called right after I placed my order just to inform me that they received it and if I wanted I could come straight away and pick it up.
I went next day and got my package.
Really good CX I will be back.

The juice I believe is their own brand and it's cock on. The blending is done very well there isn't one dominant flavour, or any weird after tastes.
The bottles don't leak everywhere, the nozzle is wide enough to let juice flow easily. So no squeezing the bottle so hard it blows firing your Juice all over the floor.
And to top it all off the order came with a free sticker. Any shop that sends a free sticker gets a recommendation from me 👍
