Filter Cross Reference
I bought a piece of machinery that is made in Italy and I couldn't cross reference the hydraulic filter (IKRON). I was able to contact hydrafil and they were able to find a filter for me that works.

The overall experience was great. One comment I must make is that I'm disappointed that all your part numbers are changing. This makes it very confusing to stock and reorder on my end of things.

Sean, thank you for the feed back. As our business continues to grow and now that we offer over 250 thousand interchanges our old part numbering system could not handle the influx of new inventory. When we revamped the website back in April of 2021 we had to update the part numbering system as well. On the header of the webpage there is a button labeled "RX to SKU" you can use this to put in our old part numbers and it will lead you to a filter with our current part number. Truly kind and helpful staff, I just wish it worked out for us. I was in need of a new hydraulic fluid filter for our saw and ordered the same part number as the one we currently had. The first one was too long, but Matt was helpful and shipped out a replacement order for the correct length. Our shop manager came up to me a few days later and said the top was different than the one we had. I had emailed Matt about it and he was very helpful. Turned out I had ordered the wrong one based on just the part number. He quickly sent me a return label and issued a refund in a timely manor. I just wish this worked out for us, because I was very happy with the response time and the helpful staff.
Our loss is someone else's gain. Thank you again for all of your help with my order.

I bought from this company before, quite a few years back. They had a record of what I use on the filter cart for hydraulic oil. I ordered 6 filters and they arrived faster than I thought they might. 3 micron used for injection machine oil tank filling after clean out.
Price is up slightly from prior order, but it has been a while. Will buy here again. No negative issues.
