Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company, they are scammers. I ordered an item, was emailed and told it would arrive by x date. Nothiing happened, then I was told it was cancelled. I emailed to ask and they said it was back in stock and I could order, they promised to ship the next working day. It's now been a week and there is no shipping confirmation or any signs I will get the product. Please go somewhere else. Shambles.

We bought a e-scooter to our son…

We bought an e-scooter to our son it has been a joke from the very beginning. Self reparation with the English owner and a technician over the phone?? Eventhough we claimed it after a couple of weeks the owner refused that and he wanted to solve the problem with self reparation from my side. Now the scooter is in parts since it broke. The owner promised to send replacement item. It is now over 2 months and he refuse to answer text or call. This company is a big scam and does not take any responsibility at all. Without mention the owner name, he only wants to take money from other and in the end screwing mostly kids.
No responsibility at all from his side.
Dont even think of buying from this company.

All fine words on their website.
- excellent customer service
- satisfied or money back
Etc.

They dont stand for anything of that you pay and you loooose.

Not a serious shop, buy your escooter somewhere else

Delivery date does not correspond with what they communicate on their Website. No feedback after I asked for confirmation of order, additionaly I asked then for refund, haven't heard back. This is definitely not serious.

Got a scooter it's broken all the welding gave way.. absolutely no response to emails from this company! So we are now left with a broken £249 scooter!! What a complete poor show of a company.. stay well clear

Please DO NOT buy from this company!!! I ordered this for my grandson’s birthday and it was supposed to be delivered within 1-3 days from uk. They don’t reply to emails or messages to the point I thought I’d been scammed. Had to contact PayPal to intervene and eventually after 2 weeks it arrived from Germany with a foreign plug on charger so I had to buy a charger plug. Missed his birthday as didn’t arrive in time. Please stay away from this company if you don’t want the stress I’ve been through.

Please be aware this company does not do the right thing for the customer and there are much better companies to consider.
I ordered an electric scooter and heard nothing for the week following placing the order. I was on a timeline as it was a gift so I emailed and messaged on social media (they have no customer phone number which is a red flag). I was ghosted, so I sent an email requesting my order be cancelled/refunded. On that same day, they decided to ship my order so I told them I would refuse delivery so they could refund me. Rather than refund they charged me £100.99 for refusing the order/return fees.
I used a different company who were far better, they sent me a scooter next day delivery and were brilliant with communication.

Company took my money! Never replied back to me.

Seriously stay away from these guys!
If you're going to order a bike just Get one from an actual company like ridestar or whatever they called.

Warning Swiss Clients!

Well I received the product quite rapidly and it was fine. But the bad surprise was to have to paid importation taxes from ".ch" website. This is completely misleading and probably on purpose, but no warnings when ordering (of course if you read all the terms and conditions you find it). And because the tax payment is demanded one day after you received the product, it is impossible to return it right away and not accept the delivery.

However, this information is clearly explained in our Shipping Policies. Unfortunately, Swiss customs operate as a separate entity from us, and therefore, these import charges cannot be paid upfront by Hyllux. All customs fees are determined and charged directly by Swiss customs to the customer who receives the parcel.

Since there are no fixed fees for these charges, they vary depending on the shipment and are beyond our control.
