We had a great experience at Hypeach on Melrose. I booked a styling session for my daughter's 16th birthday, which was very fun and she ended up with some very cute outfits.

I like that Hypeach focuses on quality over quantity, but the catalog feels mixed - hats, swimwear, dresses, sets all together. The filters aren’t very visible and it was hard for me to find just formal dresses quickly. It would be easier if categories were clearer or if filters were more upfront on the site.

The sales woman at the store was super welcoming and warm, and even offered to steam the jacket I bought after checking for a non-display stock of the item.

Peyton, at the Melrose location, was amazing! She helped me out so much! The store is so cute and fresh and all the clothes are beautiful!

Originally my package didn’t arrive when it said it did. It had gotten delivered to another apartment, but then UPS corrected their mistake a few days later & I received my dress. So at first I was sad, I had messaged their sales support email and they did respond quickly but they mentioned that they do not resend your order if it is lost in transit. Thankfully I got it, because I did not want to spend more money… I need this dress for a special occasion. I tried it on, it fits and looks good. I like the quality of the material. So I am happy now.

the salesgirl was so welcoming and kind. i think her name was Lilo. the store is lovely...great merchandise...and a flattering mirror for selfies! lol

What an efficient business. All parts of the process were done very easily and efficiently. Had to return an item and reordered another size and that was seamless. I live on the east coast and I received my order in less than a week. The only thing I did not appreciate was the store credit only. I would have continued to shop here if not for that reason. Good job all employees!!

Fashion Upgrade
Hey All !! Just wanted to say Futario has been wonderful to buy from. They rally helped with proper sizing. We bought 2 sizes in a few products, it was very easy to exchange & return. Haven’t received my order yet but this company already contacted me making sure I was aware of product sizing running large. They were double checking my order for accuracy before shipping. That is true customer service. Quickly responded to my questions and provided information for returns if not completely happy with their products. I will be a returning customer.
