My son loves Trapstar tracksuits. Was glad to find one in his size: Medium and in grey because I'm fed up of him wearing black and dark colours. A shame many other favourites were out of stock. Overall a very good service. Glad I found this website. All the Hype!

Good delivery and quality joggers

Delivery was next day, which was good, but unfortunately everything after that has been disappointing.

The Trapstar tracksuit developed a fault after the very first wash, despite being washed exactly according to the care instructions (inside out at 30°C). The front logo started lifting immediately, which is unacceptable for an item costing nearly £200.

I have now sent four emails, including photographs of the fault, and have received no response at all. Very poor after-sales service and extremely disappointing quality for such an expensive item.

Very efficient service item arrived within timescale

Was my first time ordering and I was pleased, the order was simple to do and it came fast, I left late to order and it came in time for me was very impressed, kept up to date with delivery too.

Great experience so far. Customer services resolved my issue when I placed my order wrong quickly and efficiently and ive recieved the 1st item as scheduled and all is good.

Great website, huge choice of products,authentic labubu's, arrived quickly.

The website was easy to use. I was kept informed about the delivery. This was useful especially as it was going to a different address.
The products arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Brilliant

The process for a refund takes too long. Once you email, you have to email again 2 days later for a response. Have to wait ages again once item is sent next day delivery. Needs improvement with faster processes.

Worth mentioning an improvement for website. I had to open every product to view what sizes and options were available.
I went to essentials FOG tracksuits but could not select any filters so had to open every option to view available sizes. Even though I selected tracksuits some were only hoodie or bottoms available.

Easy ordering, good communication and quick delivery. My granddaughter really likes her present.

Very quick delivery but I really don’t like the ‘blind box’ situation. My disabled, autistic grandson asked for a second Labubu for his birthday and we explained that he may receive the same one and he said he was ok with that. An identical one arrived and although he put on a brave face, the disappointment in his eyes was heartbreaking. I feel this is a complete con to make you buy more.

I have used Hype Locker a few times now for purchasing Labubu's for my granddaughters.
I know that these are genuine Labubu's and although they may be a little bit expensive it's worth it for peace of mind.So when they recently opened their vault I was delighted as I know what colours they wanted.
They deliver quickly, all the items are packed with care and you receive points to use against your next purchase, what's not to like
