I’ve had to chase a refund due after ordering an incorrect size….after following up weeks later….only a small fraction of the purchase price was refunded….really poor!! I’m now having to follow up again…

No tracking number provided or email replies or updates.
Customer support is non existent.
I received no tracking details on their website account orders page. After one week I sent an email requesting a tracking number, I received no reply or updates or help, then after a second week still no replies to my emails and still missing the package. My order eventually arrived, however, and out of courtesy I advised them my missing package arrived, yet still no email replies or acknowledgement. The order received was correct, but if you use this website don't expect any tracking number updates or email customer support if you use this company. This experience may deter me to use this company in the future unfortunately.

I bought a bike seat
I bought a bike seat. It failed. I returned it...haven't received any response - as yet.
I bought a new seat with a 2-3 day delivery. It hasn't arrived after 1 week.
So, I've paid for 2 seats but actually have zero seats.
I do have a mountain bike but its not very ridable without a seat.
Hyper ride don't answer their phone.
Emails just give my a track and trace. Apparently my product is in transit....still.....after 1 week :(
If Hyper Ride fix this problem I will update my review accordingly.
They could always phone me to discuss, as I have given them my phone number.
Hyper Ride did get it sorted out in the end, thankfully….
