Absolutely refreshing to see such professionalism within the Roblox community. Hyra sadly didn’t have all the features I needed (which was absolutely not their fault. Those are very niche features), but their support team was VERY quick to help me regardless and issued a refund without any problems whatsoever. I will 100% come back when those missing features have been added. Thank you for your help, Sam!

Hyra has transformed the way Washiez manages its staff. With Hyra, we can easily keep track of our team's performance and identify top candidates for promotion. It has allowed us to shift our focus from administrative tasks to the smooth functioning of our group. Without Hyra, we would not be able to keep up with all of the daunting tasks of running a group in which we get so seamlessly. Highly recommend Hyra for anyone who needs any sort of activity tracking, session logging, or even ranking for their group's success.

We rely on Hyra at Restaurant Roleplay to perform a range of tasks across the board. Hyra streamlines the process of managing staff members, scheduling sessions, tracking activity and more. Certain features such as the activity leaderboard majorly boost the morale of our management team.

Super unethical, collecting data of registered users and misuses such trusted information for personal, malicious intentions. Entire company is not transparent and provides no sense of protection to users. Data is also being leaked!

Could honestly use a bit of work. Hyra banned me after claiming I were "underage"(which I'm not). After an attempt to appeal, I was told "You're not 13+. Appeal when you turn 13." I've been fired or excluded from multiple groups for this.
I've also seen a ton of things stating that Hyra collects basically your exact location, despite claiming they don't collect anything.

Hyra really helped me grow my group. The ease Hyra gives me is really amazing, everything is automated and it's all FREE. I love the automatic ranking and the user friendly design. Even a preschooler can set up a workplace. All jokes aside, Hyra is an absolute must-have for your Roblox group.

Hyra overall is a decent product, however upper management simply needs straightened out. Unclear collection of IP addresses, latitude + longitude and city are all collected when logging in on Hyra despite the owner saying many times they aren’t then spamming competing services with IP related inquiries.

Hyra also engages in public exposurement within their Discord Server which apparently “isn’t affiliated with hyra”, but it is. Them stating they don’t hold a medium for this isn’t true as they openly send screenshots, personal data, and personal information in public channels.

Team Hyra also needs an overhaul with permission instead of @Sam in nearly every thread to assist with a problem, they’re more of advisors. Hyra uses Angular and seems to load about 500 components in one page which is painfully slow on most connections.

Hyra has made our group more organized and made our lives easier to do weekly checks. It's truly an extraordinary system and will change the way the Roleplay Industry works on Roblox forever.

I love the fact that Hyra is user-friendly and easy to use.

Hyra is good, the activity tracking is innovative and the service itself is good. However, there is a few problems at Hyra within the internal team and data collection.

Despite numerous claims from the company that Hyra does not collect your IP address, this has been said on the Developer Forum and multiple times in the Discord server. However Hyra has recently updated their Privacy Policy and data download system to include a new sessions.json file which includes your IP address, coordinates, and more. This is used to track people on Hyra.

Over all, changes to management and data collection should be done to make this a fine service again.

I'm completely fine with Hyra's Services

With the Service that we can track our Game Activity and rank others with the Group Admin is amazing, there is nothing really i would change in the design and in the practice working with Hyra. The Support Team is always ready to help which is wonderful.

It's amazing. I first used Hyra for an inactive group but I still thought it was a fun experience. It's easy to navigate and set up.

This website has bad ownership/management. Victory was very helpful though, she helped me through many things! They terminiated my account for being under 13 and accused me of fraud cause I did not look 13! Even though I was 12 3/4! I kindly asked if I could appeal in a month then they DELETED and BANNED all of my accounts cause I did not LOOK 13! Next time you dont want a bad review, maybe dont judge by look. 🤮 HORIBLE SERVICE 🤮

Hyra is so far the absolute best service for Roblox Groups, I absolutely adore Hyra. So many useful features such as group admin and application centers! I still cannot believe Hyra is free for all the amazing tools that it provides.

Hyra has been good to me from the start. They have great support and a great working application center. It saves me money.
