I have never had an air fryer before so…
I have never had an air fryer before so I find that the instructions and recipe book does little to help me, not sure what settings to cook my food on. Having said that I like the oven and given that I can cook, it has been trial and error.

Very pleased with the Air Fryer Oven…
Very pleased with the Air Fryer Oven and how it works. One star removed as there is a small impact dent on the edge of the stainless steel surround. The dent is less noticeable now its on the kitchen work surface but as already stated very pleased with how it works :0).

Absolutely love mine.
Absolutely love mine.. Bought it months ago and use it every day.. Easy to use.. Food comes out amazing even better than being cooked in my oven... Would 100% recommend.. Great after sales service too.. They really do care unlike some big companies that just thob you off...

I have purchased two of your 24 lit airfryers one for myself and the other for my daughter .
I would say that this is the best one I have ever had , and always recommend it on all the FB pages for air fryers when people ask what is the best.Just wish you would bring out a bigger chip basket.top

Hysapientia air fryer oven 15L..compact & easy to use

It took me ages to decide on an air fryer, I decided & bought this from Direct Vacuums for £89.95, this machine is brilliant to use but a little noisy, it cooks bacon, sausages, tomatoes in half the time, 20mins tops, Ive only cooked basic stuff at the moment, but I cant fault it. I would recommend for a single person or a couple.

Brilliant airfryer oven
I had a ninja air fryer for 2 people use but decided to get the HYSapientia® 24L Air Fryer Oven With Rotisserie Large XXL Digital Knob 1800W 10 in 1 airfryer Countertop Convection Mini Oven electric and grill, Double-layered Glass Door, Full Accessory Set .
I have only had it a few days but i absolutely love it so far.

My oven stopped working and I was told…
My oven stopped working and I was told to send it to their repair centre. It would have been helpful if they had included a link to it in their email. I was not told if they paid postage nor anything else that would have helped me.
I have now had a second email asking what's wrong and they will then send me the repair address. It just gets worse.

From ordering the HYSapientia 25L air fryer to delivering, the experience has been great.
Had my air fryer for a week now and l been cooking various types of food, from pastries to char Siu.
The results are fantastic.
I have to give a big shout out to Lords Electrical, Andy especially who done a brilliant none bias review of this air fryer.
I was in the market of buying an air fryer and Andy review was what I was looking for.
A really nice looking air fryer and practical too.

Have just bought the HYSapientia HYS-AFO-01A model. So far no problems with the oven. The company seems very responsive with questions and has an active Facebook page.
