I applied for I job I really liked the sound of and the application went to i2i. I received a call the very next day from a lovely lady called Jade. She informed me I was a good match and took me through the application process. She made everything extremely easy and supported me through the whole process. She gave me potential interview questions to revise and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Absolutely amazing experience with an excellent agency. i2i were brilliant, particularly Elina who first put me forward for the role, despite the employer initially feeling reticent as they were worried about me taking a step down into a more junior role, Elina recognised the opportunity and the future needs of the business and how I was exactly what they need. I never really use the recruitment side when looking for jobs however Alicia has been amazing helping me with jobs!
