This company was recommended by a friend. The price quoted was nearly half that given by the lowest comparison site quote. This made me nervous because my husband has several medical conditions and I wanted to be sure we were properly covered. I read all the terms and conditions and it seemed very complete. I then phoned to clarify and was spoken to clearly and professionally. I paid over the phone which I prefer.
I haven't travelled yet and obviously hope I don't need to make a claim but feel more relaxed now that this travel insurance is in place.

Very good agent and accommodating

I used the company to insure my static caravan. The staff were helpful and polite, I rang back twice to clarify some items, and the cost is very competitive. I believe the service could be improved by giving greater clarity on the total price you need to insure for. My previous insurer broke down all elements of the potential claims, but on this occasion, you need to work out all aspects of a potential clam, add it to the cost of a new van and that becomes the sum insured. If the staff had some prompt sheet questions to ask they could help the customer determine the total they need to insure for, thus reducing an under valuation (and arguments) should the worst occur. Of course, the test of a good insurance company comes when you try to claim, but I hope that never happens!
