Best Quality. 100% Guaranteed. Very well made, of the highest standard. The staff is well knowledgeable and helpful in my queries. Ordered 50 costumed-made float switches and they arrived as scheduled.
Brilliant bit of kit and very fairly priced. Used them for years and will continue to do so in the future :-)
Finally delivered. I accepted backorder so haven't problem with time till order shipped. But it took 9days (this is over economy) to delivery and that's why 1 star off. I think package for electronics is better cardboard box not bubble wrap envelope. Luckily it works perfectly and came with installation manuals. Thank you.

Paul was most helpful when I ran into problems ordering from the website and resolved the issue very quickly. Delivery was a bit slow (6 days) but that's down to the courier company - so perhaps a better one could be used. A telephone number for contact would be useful rather than having to rely on emails.

Excellent customer service. My original order went missing in the post and was replaced without question by the supplier. The sensor I bought was well priced and perfect for my application which was to control a pump which prevents flooding during very heavy rainfall.
