A yoga studio based in Moseley Park & Pool. Providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for all yogis no matter their experience. We offer studio classes, online classes and pre-recorded videos. You can try a range of class styles - Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and breath work. Our monthly workshops give you a chance to learn more about an aspect of yoga - check out our website for more details.

Amazing yoga experience
Amazing location, in Mosley park, a huge range of classes daily taught by very experienced yoga teachers. The admin staff are super helpful and always welcoming. Vicky, the owner, seeks our feedback regularly and on that basis, she tweaks things a bit if necessary. I love the studio that much that if it was to move to outer Mongolia, I would follow it there!

I AM YOGI - As a new starter
As a person really new to YOGA the instructor made the session welcoming, inclusive and stress free as there wasn't any competition in the room to 'perform'

I Am Yogi - Moseley
Good range of classes and times. Easy to book through the app. Nice teachers and staff, and beautiful location. I've only just started but my experience so far has been positive.

I really enjoyed my yoga class with Nic - I went for the basics+ at 9.45am on Saturday. It was one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to. Such a lovely mindful session that was challenging but not vigorous. I really liked all the movements & breath-work & there were quite a few I’d not come across before. It’s also a really nice space & very welcoming. You can have a cup of fruit tea & biscuit while you’re waiting & the receptionist was super warm & friendly too. Highly recommend. You can also try a class for free.

First class
I really enjoyed my first class at I Am Yogi. The instructor was very welcoming and friendly and showed me around before I set up.
The studio is very clean, modern and warm. Lots of nice, new mats, blocks etc.
The flow class was really good. It was a good pace and I enjoyed it.
I will be back again soon.
