A yoga studio based in Moseley Park & Pool. Providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for all yogis no matter their experience. We offer studio classes, online classes and pre-recorded videos. We’re sorry to hear that our morning practices at the Botanical Gardens didn't meet your expectations as a beginner. We mention on our website that “some knowledge or awareness of yoga is advisable” for these sessions, and we apologise if this wasn't clear enough.

Dawn chorus yoga
Dawn chorus yoga was the most beautiful morning. Doing yoga in such a wonderful outdoors location was such a lovely opportunity. The yoga session was just the right pace for early morning, the instructions were clear, with options for the less bendy such as myself!
Having the opportunity to have a guided walk around the gardens only made the event even more special

The environment that the yoga is held…
The environment that the yoga is held in was amazing, so bright and airy which made the experience calming. I loved that there was herbal teas available and yoga matts if you haven't brought your own which I haven't seen at any other yoga places. The yoga teaching was adapted to everyone's levels which was so helpful and the teacher had a lovely energy. Overall the experience was just so different to other yoga practices I have been to and would highly recommend.

My Happy Place
Never fails to give positive experience. I consider this to be my happy place where I can be with people but also have self experience. The I Am Yogi team I have met are very supportive, regardless of experience and make you welcome. Always leave the studio feeling in a better place in body and mind ♥️

My first yoga class but not the last!
This was the first yoga class I’ve ever been too and the teacher was excellent (Saturday afternoon class) and explained things clearly with different options if you wanted to push yourself further! My back felt significantly better after that class so big thank you!

Lovely experience just a little small
I went to I am yogi studios for my birthday as a treat for myself, I usually practise yoga at home. The studio itself was in such a beautiful tranquil setting & the instructor was very calming & the flow was great. I just think there needs to be more space in between mats, at times I felt cramped & that I couldn’t fully stretch out like I wanted.

The class was absolutely amazing the…
The class was absolutely amazing the best yoga I have done in Birmingham, however it was very difficult to find parking around the area. I cannot go there due to this.

We are sorry that you had difficulty parking, for guaranteed parking we would suggest using this car park - https://maps.app.goo.gl/qEBDFGy821WC9jbM9 - which is only a 5 minute walk away from the cabin and £1.10 for up to 2hrs. Alternatively, Chantry and Park Hill Rd tend to have spaces for free parking.

A lovely spot in Moseley
A lovely spot in Moseley. I really enjoyed the view of the trees during yoga. Claire the instructor was really inclusive in their language, inviting us into each pose. It didn't feel like a problem if you needed to take a modification, which I appreciated. Thank you :)

We're sorry to hear that you felt the cabin was too warm - our teachers usually check with the class to ensure it is a comfortable temperature, apologies that this was not the case in the class you attended.
As for the music, most of our classes include music to set the ambience and facilitate the class. We apologise that the music felt too intrusive on this occasion, we'll pass your feedback onto the teacher.
We really appreciate your feedback, it will help us to improve our offering and the experience for yourself and fellow yogis.

IAM studio is just magic!
IAM studio is just magic! the location, classes and staff are fab and they even have opened a little coffee hatch! I've been going for around 3 years or so. Attending session at the cabin is definitely supporting my mental well being!
