imgbb Avis 52

I use them to safe images for myself that I found in the internet, Privat setting, no one could see it just I... I safed this to can use them as referenz for my art and nothing else... not I get ban and lost everything ... I mean yeah if I seeking I will find the most but wtf I not shared it I just saved it for myself yeah nice thanks bye and never will use them again

I paid for service and most of the time all I get is "Internal Server Error". I've tried to contact support twice with ZERO response. I'm going to pursue legal action.

Blocked account and not possible to cancel subscription

A couple of days after uploading the images I started to receive "Upgrade to Premium" on every new image without a warning.

Will never use Imgbb again they have terminated my account with them without warning and provided no explanation whatsoever, except a generic message saying it was due to "repeated or serious offenses to the user agreement and/or copyright infringement" I have now lost valuable information

UPGRADE to premium message next day I try to view my image and send it out. No one can view it the service is useless

Previously, the site was periodically unavailable. It's working stably now, but photos have started disappearing from autumn 2024. As many as 24 photos disappeared within 3 months 2025! Such a large number of photos have never been deleted from any site (I have experience using Yandex.Photos, Flickr, io.ua)! And some photos are deleted a year after they were uploaded. Despite the presence of the "Do not delete automatically" menu, imgBB is not recommended for long-term photo hosting.

As with many other users posting at the moment, avoid imgbb at all costs if you need reliability in your image hosting and any form of customer support! Same situation as others; see my images are "unavailable" in my email header and footer, go to check my imgbb account but told there is no account - "This account has been terminated due to repeated or severe violations of our terms and/or claims of copyright infringement" - WTF!?

It would have been courteous/polite/good to have had some kind of notification or communication from someone at imgbb but nothing!!

As the title says: Totally unprofessional outfit - AVOID!!

I was sketchy to use their services but I gave them a shot. After uploading many files for two straight weeks into a single album via their API, I went to open another account since it was easier for me to manage different collection images on different domains. However, they closed my account without any prior notice and even had the audacity to completely wipe/delete all the images that I had linked to my site without any proper explanation! WTF! When trying to login, message says: "This account has been terminated due to repeated or severe violations of our terms and/or claims of copyright infringement." Worst part is that they won't even reply back after I messaged them on their contact form page! Certainly an unreliable platform to host your data. They may be free to use but your account stands on the edge of a cliff. With a single blow, everything is game over. I'm only writing this to warn you as to what can happen.

Was a good and reliable image hoster until all iamges were lost, "This account has been terminated due to repeated or severe violations of our terms and/or claims of copyright infringement." I didn't receive a warning or anything else, support won't respond to emails.

Terminated suddenly for copyright infringement? This site used to work just fine and we only used it for business email signatures. Now I have to replace everyone in the office's signature.
Will definetely be hosting somewhere else. Not impresed.

They do not respond to emails nor do they check the contact form.

Avoid this site, there are better options out there!

Banned for violating the Terms of Service with no reasoning given. I do not hotlink, upload any inappropriate content, or do anything else that would warrant a ban. No response has been received when I contacted them. Not impressed.

imgbb alternative : imgbb.io and no ads

I downloaded a Gmail image template which must use imgbb. Now my Google search results page is covered with large imgbbcom logos and any google search results are impossible to use. I am wondering if it contains a virus as I can't recover the default page so be careful using,

Only two stars as in the last few weeks ImgBB has got worse. The problem I experience is images not loading on my website for days at a time. I'm now considering going elsewhere if things don't improve in the next few days.

Terrible performance, often happened Service Unavailable error.

Absolutely useless and unreliable. For many years, the entire service simply does not work with images not loading at all, bringing my website down with it. I now have to spend all the time re-downloading many images and migrating to another service.
