Good price and great product. approx 14 days bike shipped to the uk, all in good service.

All in all it was a great experience from the start to the finish. It was a bargain and a serious bit of kit for the price. It arrived on time with no issues. I would have given 5 stars but it arrived with no pedals. I’ve emailed twice, and had no response. I have now had to go out and purchase pedals myself at my own expense £60.00, so I can use my new bike.

Ordered the bike and it came in 2 weeks. It was carefully packaged with lots of cardboard, protective tape etc - perfect. I got a very good price, over half the UK price and IBK paid the import taxes. Communications were excellent especially Rosi Garrido. I am very pleased thank you

Fast delivery, top spec pinerello gravel bike at a really good price

I was expecting a fully electric bike not one that I had to constantly peddle. For the Price that it Cost it Should be Fully Electric. Apart from that Your Service & Delivery was Spot on. Thankyou

Orbea denna gen 2 range extender took about four weeks to get delivered from spain to uk a slight delay in UK customs but other than that very smooth none available in UK and even with the postage it was only 448 quid very happy plug and play no problems at all

Do not order from them, they sent me a MTB to the value of £1500. Firstly they sent my bike to the wrong address, I took the day off work and waited all day and was not delivered. I eventually called Fedex who told me the address was incorrect on the delivery label. The next day i asked my housemate to wait in for it. The bike was received with a dent on the top tube, they originally repsonded by telling me Cannodale will only offer me £100. After i refused this they told me that i would have to return the bike but in its original packaging. The damage was noticed when i was applying the invisframe. I told them this and they then offered me £150 which is still a joke. Anyway I also paid an extra £50 for qaulity assurance and assembly which they have completely refused any responsibility for. You would hope that you get the service you paid for. They do not listen and have ignored my request for this to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER from here and if you do I wouldnt bither paying for the additional service of qaulity assurance and assembly as they do not carry the service out efficeintly or even at all for that matter. Disgrace. No responsibilty taken for a poor service.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Ibksport.uk. If you have any reservations about ordering from Spain, don't. The prices are very good and quite often the most competitive. Especially on hard to find kit/bikes. The customer service is excellent, answering all of my questions promptly and providing regular updates from order to delivery. To order a bike on a Monday from Spain and have it delivered by Friday to the UK is awesome. Very happy with my purchase.

Very good website with a great choice and easy to order what I wanted at an excellent price. All taxes and dues paid so no further costs for delivery to the UK. Delivery was very quick. Overall, highly recommended
