Our sincere apologies for what happened during our very busy period of Ramadan. Orders were being handled on a first come first serve basis, and by the time we came to yours, we needed to cancel it as the item you selected became out of stock. We apologise for the inconvenience / frustration this caused you.
While we do our utmost to keep our stock levels accurate, there are rare occasions, e.g. during Ramadan, when an item may become unavailable at short notice. In such cases, orders may need to be cancelled to prevent delays or confusion.

Our customer service team is always happy to help and may be able to offer alternative options or updates that aren’t immediately reflected online.
Again our sincere apologies. Ibn Daud Books

Quick shipping and easy to read
Quick shipping and correct order. Happy with the product however the pages are very delicate but i think thats the same for every Quran i’ve read. Colouring of letters makes it easy to read and you can read the literal translation of a word.

A very honest and great company
A very honest and great company. They made a mistake in my order and accidentally sent one book instead of two. When I complained to them, they gave me a full refund and let me keep the book they sent me. I have never received such good feedback from a company before. I highly recommend ordering from this business and will do so myself in the future In Shaa Allah
