Amazing experience from customers service to product. Stacy was amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond to resolve a delivery issue. The grids are well made and easy to lay down. 40mm

To begin with the company seemed very helpful, I hadn't used these grids before and wanted to check the product was suitable for my requirements. I placed the order and with the exception of some useless tracking details, they arrived. I then had some queries regarding the build up, as I was using a grassed finish. I contacted Ibran via email after unsuccessfully truing to call them on 3/4 occasions and emailed them on 2/3 occasions. Previously I was receiving email replies the same day. The company offered a 20 year guarantee if you install them to their specifications and send pictures, so I had contacted them on several occasions. Once the grids had been delivered all communications ceased, no phones answered no email reply. They had specified that 2 goetextile membranes should be used underneath, one under a 30mm bedding layer that the grids sat on and one under grids. This would prevent the roots from penetrating beneath the grids and would inevitably end up with the grass dead.

I use this company to do the matting on my front garden. DO NOT EXPECT TOGET YOUR DELIVERY ON TIME . I did not leave a review at the time. As I thought it was a one off. I was so wrong!

My wife ordered some to do padock walkways. After 2 failed deliveries as the driver never had a pallet truck to off load.

Attempted to clarify a few questions via Whatsapp but couldn't get an answer. Requested a call back from someone which didnt happen. Chased and requested another call back but again nothing. Gave up wasting my time with the AI chatbot.

I ordered some items and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order, the way they handled this was amazing very prompt, very understanding. Excellent customer service. This is exactly how a company should represent themselves Just amazing

I ordered 16 ramps and 30 grids and all items recieved were incorrect measurements stated to the website description, which is very dishonest and misleading. The grids were only 38mm when website states 50mm. Poor customer service and wouldn't buy from them again. Items were collected on 14th August and I'm Still chasing my refund, customer services never call you back. The advisor dealing with my return hasn't responded either via emails. Awful company to deal with, quick enough to take your money but not refund it due to there errors.

Have dealt with this company several times now and they are faultless, very good service very quick delivery, some grids were damaged in transit, I took photos and sent them, had replacements delivered next day.
Best company I have dealt with in a long time.

Well, what can i say, diy user ordered for my new shed base, easy ordering to seemless delivery and very quick too, quality of grids are sturdy and robust, look easy to build together, can't wait for this mission with some beers. Very reasonably priced, cheapest on tinterweb wich is also a bonus.
So for me a highly recommended company, ps they do other stuff too,

Unfortunately for us delivery was very slow. We placed an order for some gravel grids on a Sunday, for a project we had planned to complete the following weekend. We anticipated that this would give plenty of time, especially given that we paid the high delivery costs for next day delivery. Despite us contacting IBRAN multiple times during the week and asking them to chase FedEx, which they assured us they would do, the grids didn't arrive until the following Monday (8 days after ordering). I had a reply to an email from the Director, who seemed to take this seriously and said that he would raise this with FedEx. However overall this was far below the service we were expecting (especially given the positive reviews the company generally seems to receive) and it has impacted on us being able to complete our project. The gravel grids themselves seem well made.

Great company, great communication and order delivered speedily. The product was as described and easy to install

Good advice on the phone and product turned up on time.

Product was exactly as advertised and does the job perfectly as advertised. Delivery was on the day and on time.

Really fast delivery, no damaged boxes of grids. Easy to fit and lock into place with the lugs and fill with gravel and hold it place better than I imagined.
I would suggest a grinder to cut, I used a hand saw and it was hard especially to get curves but I managed in the end.
