Great French Press!

The french press coffee maker is high quality and delivers as advertised. We are so pleased with it. It took a bit of time to arrive but was worth waiting for it.

Never received product!

Ordered product on Jan. 8. Never received it. All attempts to contact them by listed email address (5 times)and phone no. futile. Posted phone no. appears disconnected. What a scam!

Scam. Never got my order---UPDATE, JAN. 4

Ordered for the first time. Never got my order. First they gave me a DHL tracking number which then said package was delivered. It was NOT. I asked DHL for proof of delivery which they did NOT have. They looked up their records and told me that that was NOT my tracking number and that it belonged to someone else who didn't live in our state. They said Ibspot gave me the wrong tracking. I emailed Ibspot several times. Finally they responded changing their story, and said package was with USPS and gave me a post office tracking number. I tried tracking it, and USPS said 'we do not have this package'. and now am out $58.75. They never shipped my package at all in the past 2 weeks, and lied about it. They STILL have not shipped it. These people are low life scammers. I have contacted my bank and BBB. I am continuing to try to get my refund. IF I got my item, I would change my review but so far they are lying, not shipping, and communication is atrocious.

JAN.4, 2025 UPDATE- I finally got my order--- but ONLY after repeated attempts to email them, filing negative reviews, and a BBB complaint. I called them once and explained everything about the bogus DHL tracking they sent me, and the rep actually hung up on me! They certainly knew that the DHL tracking number they gave me was false---that it was in fact for a person in New York state. (I live in New Hampshire). (OH, AND I SEE THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER GAVE ME A DHL TRACKING NUMBER---A HUGE LIE; I STILL HAVE THE EMAILS FROM THEM WITH THE DHL TRACKING NUMBER AND SCREENSHOTS OF THE DHL TRACKING HISTORY. I ALSO HAVE THE EMAIL FROM IBSPOT STATING THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED (VIA DHL) THAT DAY! (They emailed me on Christmas Eve and said my package was delivered)! Of course there was no package here so that caused us to panic looking everywhere including at the neighbor's homes! When tracking it, it showed delivered at Newburgh NY. Their story then changed and they provided a USPS tracking number---2 weeks after I had ordered, and AFTER they had told me my item had already shipped via DHL. In fact it did not ship until many days later. The hassle I went through with these people was ridiculous, and their whole business is, in my opinion extremely sketchy. I would never order from them again and I strongly advise everyone else NOT to have anything to do with this company.

Terrible unreliable order fulfillment

I ordered an item from IBSPOT on December 6 and they claimed it would be shipped and arrive by December 19. Now it’s December 23 and still no word of where it is or what happened! And they don’t answer their phone or respond to email. Terrible!

IBSPOT.COM is a scam and/or dropship site

IBSPOT.COM is a scam site that list items from amazon, so I assume they are a dropship bot. They up pice and just buy ads on google shopping. They may ship or not ship, but sure they do not get permission from those brands. Some item show lower price so if you fall for it, they might get your credit card information and never ship. Buyer beware! I am surprised that GOOGLE SHOPPING IS THIS BAD LATELY.

My replacement BOSE remote

My BOSE remote broke so I searched for a replacement. They had one advertised as a BOSE replacement for a SOLO 5 system (mine). I bought it and arrived on Dec 2. I tried to use it and couldn't program any device. Not only that but it wasn't even programed for my BOSE. And no BOSE number code. I have e-mailed and left 5 days of recorded messages about my problem. Today, Dec 7, will be my sixth day messaging them with no response.

Refuses to accept a return for their defective item, Chinese company portraying themselves as American

Ordered a 'preserved rose in a display box', the item arrived later than originally stated and the rose was wilted and near dead. Contacted them immediately and was told they dont take returns on flowers. Informed them I'll let my credit card company handle the dispute since they are obviously selling items that are defective.

Pretty obvious this is a Chinese company falsely portraying themselves as an American one

I ordered a skillet from IBSPOT.COM and…

I ordered a skillet from IBSPOT.COM and it arrived with a huge dent on it and scraped paint. The skillet was obviously sent in that damaged condition by IBSPOT because the actual packaging was such that this extensive damage could only have happened at the IBSPOT warehouse. But, they sent it anyway, and charged me $75 for this damaged skillet. BEWARE! I would never recommend IBSPOT. Do not be scammed by this terrible company!

Never received my $56.00 order

Never received my $56.00 order. Said it would ship from Germany. Email said it shipped, but the "Track your package" link showed that nothing was shipped. Seems like a scam.

DO NOT order anything.from this company, Theyre in business only to scam customers! Ordered an item about 2 months ago & tracking said was shipped to Georgia instead of intended state of Michigan. Advised they would reship and month later have heard nothing & received nothing. Won't even respond to emails now!

Great experience!

Received more quickly than estimated! Customer service was very responsive and overall great experience. Taffy was yummy. Not a huge maple flavor, but good!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, please understand that the customer support contact information they post on their website is not a valid email and I was never successful in reaching anyone on the phone number they list on their website.
I tried to return an item and they flatly refused but offered that I could keep it and they would credit me back 20 percent of the purchase price for my inconvenience.
