Two weeks to ship a product from PA to…
Two weeks to ship a product from PA to SC (felt pads to help resolve a foot blister); I went with another source on Amazon; they sent a similar product (same shape, size, and material) in two (2) days. Arrived quickly, and at a fraction of the cost ($16 vs $56). I learned my lesson, and will never buy from this corporation again.

I ordered my collagen because it's frkm the UK and IBSpot was the only place I could get it as a product from the UK. Then I read reviews and suddenly got afraid I'd just paid for something that would never arrive. I was shocked when it in a week and breathed a sigh of relief. Not sure what they went through 2024 to 2025 but they turned around and were wonderful to me! I'll use it to get my Nutrition Geeks until they can't get it from the UK. Thank you!

Showed a package delivered. It wasn't delivered. It took FIVE emails to get a response that said check with the USPS (first thing I did).
Do NOT buy anything from this site. Period.

Everything was great! But the order takes forever to get to the united states. Wish you could figure out how to get to me faster
A suggestion is to use DHL OPTION for delivery to the United States. Because when I order from Life and looks over seas they use DHL and I can get it in 3 working days. Wish you guys would use that, I would order more from you if you had that option.

The product received was just as advertised however the time for ordering to delivery was far too long (almost a month). It almost cost me the date of my presentation which was critical to have the product.
