I was just wondering for the price i paid for the item, why it took so long to come. Just asking. Otherwise the item was delivered safely. The last time I bought this here it was for $34. Now its $75 at your site.

Great customer service. A definite five star experience
When I originally made my order I had made an error in my shipping address and didn’t notice until I was informed that my order was being delivered. I immediately emailed you explaining my error. The order was returned to sender since there was no such address.
Your customer service replied right away and kept me informed that as soon as they received the item back they would re-send to my correct location.
I received it yesterday and was informed on its progress throughout the process.

I am happy that y’all returned 95% of my money and “ran out of stock” on the 2023-24 Optic NBA retail packs because your adds specifically say they were “Unopened 24 Pack Retail Boxes with pictures of ONLY Sealed boxes?”. I couldn’t believe the one order I received was 4-Packs wrapped in a sandwich bag for $57. Calling them(Type-4 packs) isn’t close to what I thought I was purchasing? I read lots of bad reviews about IBSPOT.COM and agree that your ad’s are not very clear. Y’all should’ve had the picture of (4-Packs) instead of an unopened 2023-24 NBA RETAIL BOX! I would never have spent that much money had you shown a real picture of exactly what you were selling. The confusion comes from saying it’s a 24 pack unopened box as pictured and calling them “TYPE-4” packs. Y’all even had 3 other almost identical ad’s with Type-1 and Type-2 Packs. Not an honest way to dupe people out of money. BTW I didn’t hit one card worth over .75 cents out of the 4 packs y’all sent and was left wondering where the box and other 20 packs were?
