His work speaks for itself when multiple recruiters tell you it’s the best resume they’ve ever seen. Yes multiple. Choice is is easy, get him on your team!

Arno and his team have a great framwork for success.
Arno listens to your objectives and then tailors your expereiences with an update to date and appealing CV.

They helped me improve my personal Brand, they provided constructive feedback on my resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter. Now, recruiters are scheduling more interviews with me.

I used Arno’s services in late 2021. At the time, Arno had a policy of guaranteeing results after using his services. All instructions were followed, yet when his resume did not result in any interviews and I requested a refund he stopped responding to me. The refund was requested in May of 2022 after much time had been put into trying to make Arno’s resume work. Above all else, it is not acceptable to arbitrarily decide to not uphold a policy when it doesn’t benefit you. That is unethical and poor business practice. Zero stars.

I reached out to Arno and had a consultation for my resume. He was very professional, and responded within 24 hours. He went above and beyond to understand my skills and experiences, and figure out how I could highlight my experience for specific companies. I am very thankful to have found him for my professional resume.

Arno and his team helped me write a concise, engaging, and on-target resume. I also had the opportunity to gain long-lasting experience by employing proven strategies to secure a job through his 1:1 Coaching session.

My sister and cousin used Arno and he came highly recommended. I purchased the service right before COVID happened. I struggled personally last year and I reached out in February of this year. Arno didn’t respond immediately but then he said to send him the information. I thought I had sent it but it was stuck in my drafts. I reached out again in May and resent the document. He responded saying he would look at it and get back to me if I had any questions. After 3 weeks of follow up emails now suddenly it’s $300 more than I already paid. His explanation is that he doesn’t have writers anymore. He then said he had no time to invest in me. So now I am out the money I paid or pay him even more money.

**Update**
Company is LYING. My timeline is correct, it was NOT 3 years. It was one year during COVID. He refused to help even when I explained my situation. I went back into my original contract and there was no mention of a timeline.

Update 2:
Company is still lying, there was nothing in the original contract. I would not trust them with anything.

OMG!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE WORK ARNO MARKUS DID FOR ME!! MY RESUME IS STUNNING. ARNO WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH HIM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD! IT WORKED FOR ME!

Arno's structured approach to eliciting details of my professional and personal background allow me to obtain a classy "business card" (aka Resume) that I have used as a template for my career advancement. Thanks Arno for the great way to connect with your clients and the outcome of your work. I would definitely recommend his professional resume writing services.

I have nothing but great things to say about Arno. He came through exactly like he said he would. He gave me extremely helpful advice, was on time, easy to work with, and he has a great attitude. He does exactly what his web site and LinkedIn profile says he does. He is a very professional individual that is respectful of your time. I found working with Arno super helpful, as he is really a master of a skillet which few people ever are able to focus on themselves. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions about using Arno and/or his level of expertise. Thank you Arno!

Arno is truly an artist with words when it comes to resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn Profiles. After being displaced due to my company being purchased, I was convinced that I could write my resume, after not doing one for over 16 years and create the perfect LinkedIn profile. I soon learned that my new resume and LinkedIn profile were not getting the attention that I expected. A trusted friend suggested that I speak with Arno. After my first discussion with Arno, I knew he was the right person to help me write a new resume and cover letter because he cared more about me achieving my goals over getting my business. He has an effective and logical process from start to finish, and he is incredibly easy to work with. As soon as I had my new resume in hand, I asked Arno to help me write my LinkedIn profile. Quickly, I was getting positive results in my job search. Since our first business together, he has helped me update my resume and LinkedIn profile, while also keeping me looped in on how recruiters and HR professionals are changing their methods to find candidates. Arno understands this space, excellent to work with, and cares about his clients. I have worked with him three times over the last five years, and the quality of his work, his concern for me as a client, and the results get better each time. I cannot give Arno a higher recommendation to anyone looking for excellent professional services at a very fair price point.

When working with Arno he was thorough, calculated, and punctual. He knows exactly what he is looking for and delivers results. Definitely have become a life long customer and have already recommended his services to my network.
