Extremely poor customer service and aftercare
Avoid this company is my advice. Having paid for the maint and servicing package they have done everything to avoid providing that service. Having been with them for well over a year I contacted them to ask what was happening, only to be asked this once I went through what should have been a simple service booking process:
Who told you the car needed a service? Why do you think your car needs a service.
I mean, what on earth? Bear in mind the mileage was on the booking form - that in itself was an indication it was due.
I've heard nothing since filling that in and submitting or since contacting them directly to register my displeasure.
It's basic really, if someone pays for something in good faith, provide it. Don't put up barriers and ignore.

New car delivered with mechanical fault
Secured a lease deal for brand new Audi A3. Delivered (new) 26 reg, with a mechanical fault. 3 weeks in, unable to use the car, but being charged. In my opinion, it should be reasonable to receive the car in working order.

Rebecca was brilliant!
Rebecca was brilliant to deal with. Provided me with loads of different quotes and all the info I needed to make my choice. The price was the best on the market. The delivery was smooth and I'm loving the car.

Was an ok service
Was an ok service, accounts was good and responsive despite them charging a few times when they shouldn’t have. When it came up to the car going back I had no option to extend, and I asked about what replacement cars they could offer and did not receive a reply. On pick up of the car there was some minor scratches which the rep said were wear and tear, but then received an invoice for fixing the bumpers. Disputing this at the minute, but my main gripe was their lack of contact when I asked about a new car. (I’m still in the market for one as well, evaluating options) Other than that, and the accounts issues that were sorted pretty quick my experiences were ‘ok’.

I’ve leased a few cars and these people are a cut above, attentive, focused on compliance and making sure I got the right car for me. I did also speak with the head of brokerage Matthew and his first question was how has my experience been. They seem to be focused on always doing better, which I liked being in customer service myself

I’m still shocked
I’m still shocked at how quickly I got my car booked in for delivery. I spoke to them and got my finance in place on a stock car and was told a timeframe of 2/3 weeks was what I was looking at. I got my car in 10 days…. Absolutely brilliant, shout out to Luke for answering every single question I had and helping me with my insurance struggles!
Would recommend to anyone, the A3 is fabulous!

If you value your time, be very cautious with iCarLease.
I was told the car was “in stock” and expected a quick turnaround, but the delivery kept getting pushed back with little/no clear updates every time I contact them the person he on thebphone or email he was telling me it's new car not come to the UK yet as soon I get update I will contact u , the question is if car in UK yet why u advertise car in stock . After around 4 months of delays, he avoid to reply my email and answer the call I did not have any option unless cancel the order and buy from somewhere else
The most frustrating part was the lack of proactive communication — I had to chase repeatedly, and expectations were set at the start that simply weren’t met.
Hopefully others have a smoother experience, but based on mine and other reviews I've seen I wouldn’t recommend if you need reliability and honest timelines.

Almost a 4 star or lower but Rebecca…
Almost a 4 star or lower but Rebecca Phoenix saved it.
Car was ordered far in advance and the delivery date did change a few times, after the last change was too far away Rebecca stepped in and managed to source an alternative for me which spot on.
Obviously delays are from the dealer or manufacturer of the car so cannot be wholly blamed onto the leasing company, but they kept me well informed and Rebecca was fast to respond and find a solution.
I approached Audi for a private price on the vehicle and they could not get near it! Overall a great price on a great car & would highly recommend Rebecca!

Avoid
3 years of Lexauto lease, 9 months of Arval, and in between 2.5 years of icarlease.....and those 2.5 years, with a car returned numerous times to dealers, faults not rectified, difficult correspondence with icarlease over a few issues including early termination, servicing items, non-fault parking ticket issues....and reading others who have had issues.....and a phone calls from the manager of the brokerage......wouldnt recommend.

Three years ago
Three years ago, i took out my first lease with iCar leasing and experience was brilliant. Three years later I have just take delivery of a replacement Ford Puma. The team, especially Rebecca Phoenix was just a pleasure to deal with. No hassle and never pushing to get order completed, just take your time. Car delivered when said and old one collected when said. Also thank you to the two Luke's. Would highly recommend using iCar leasing without a doubt
