We've been using iCarry for our shipments for the past few months and the experience has been smooth overall. The platform is easy to use, pickup requests are processed quickly, and tracking updates are helpful for our customers. Support responses have also been timely whenever we needed assistance.

NO STAR. INFACT THE SENIORS ARE TOO USELESS. THEY KEEP ON CLOSING TICKETS MARKING USING BAD LANGUAGE. IF YOU WONT REPLY PROPERLY TILL DAYS AND HARRASS THEN YOU HAVE TO BEAR THE CONSEQUENCES. AND THE FOUNSERS ALSO DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA.... ANYONE HAS SENIOUR AUTHORITIES NOS. PLS MSG

One of the worst shipping aggregator don’t use icarry i have used and raised ticket for a week and no resolution has been done and rto without my permission they have done and taken my money DONT USE ICARRY THEY ARE FRAUD

They don't even deserve one star.

They don't even deserve one star.

We have been continuously raising tickets regarding shipment delays for over 15 days, yet they have failed to resolve the issue. Their support team is extremely careless and unresponsive. They couldn't even take the basic step of contacting the delivery hub to investigate why the shipment was delayed or stuck in audit.

Instead of resolving problems, they keep giving generic responses and raising tickets with no action. There is absolutely no accountability or urgency from their side.

This is by far one of the worst shipping aggregators in India. They do not care about their service quality, their sellers, or the end customers. If you value your business and customer experience, avoid shipping through them.

Very disappointing experience with this…

Very disappointing experience with this company. We chose to proceed initially because the company was offering competitive pricing and were asked to recharge our wallet with ₹1000. However, even after adding the amount, the platform continued showing “wallet balance is low,” which created confusion and did not allow us to proceed comfortably.

As we did not wish to continue further, we immediately raised a refund request. The company later emailed us confirming that the refund had been initiated. However, till date, we have not received any refund amount in our account. We have also followed up multiple times but have not received any proper response or resolution.

We have not used any services from this company, yet our money continues to remain stuck. Additionally, there was no clear information provided regarding wallet recharge conditions, refund timelines, or relevant terms and conditions before payment was made.

We urge the company, based in Bommanahalli, to process and refund our ₹1000 immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate the matter further by filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.

🚨 Public Notice | Suspected Courier Fraud 🚨

I am publicly reporting a serious issue and suspected fraudulent practice by iCarry, a courier booking website.

📦 A parcel was booked on 12 January 2026 through iCarry using Amazon Shipping.
❌ The shipment was returned on 10 February 2026 without any delivery attempt or customer communication.
⚠️ Shockingly, the tracking status was later updated as “Delivered by Seller” on 16 February 2026, which is false.

👉 We, the seller, never received the returned parcel, nor were we informed of any delivery attempt. This raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and possible data manipulation.

When a support ticket was raised, iCarry’s representative responded rudely on 25 February 2026 and clearly stated that neither the parcel nor the shipment amount would be refunded, without any proof or valid explanation.

Based on documented facts, this appears to be a case of deliberate misrepresentation and potential fraud, causing financial loss and harassment to sellers.
Such practices seriously undermine trust in the e-commerce logistics ecosystem.

📢 I urge consumer protection authorities and regulators to investigate iCarry’s courier handling and refund practices to prevent further harm to businesses and consumers.

Worst experience of courier service i have ever faced ... No seriousness related to the work... They ask you to call them & when we call them they ask you to text ... Just now responsibility.. i Have lost my parcel & no response or refund for it...

I had around ₹1,150 positive balance in my wallet after booking just 2–3 shipments. Without any notice or reason, they closed my account and when I finally got it reopened after months, the wallet was empty.

Their support keeps giving contradictory replies, blaming me without proof, and now refuses to help. I feel cheated and frustrated — I’m preparing to take legal action.

⚠️ Not recommended at all. Be very cautious before trusting them with your money.
