Ice Cold Spice Avis

We’d been looking for a stylish radiator for our countryside house for ages and it turned out to be far harder than expected. Ice Cold Spice came through with the best selection we’d seen. Delivery was quick and they even helped with the installation. Their customer service team were easy to reach and happy to answer questions about the manual and fitting. Excellent service from start to finish — we’ll definitely use them again.

Good service and quality. I will buy again

Excellent range of products. First class customer service.

Amazing selection- I’m big on aesthetics and Ice Cold Spice has a lot to choose from :)

Great product, fantastic service definitely recommend.

Can’t be more happy with my new radiator. Communication was smooth, delivered on time. Made my bathroom feel cosier than before. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic service

I had to fit a Carisa Talent Oval radiator for a client a few days ago, and was really impressed with the quality and the design. Refreshing to see real thought going into radiator designs rather than the usual.

Laura gave us some stylish alternative ideas to consider for our hall at a surprisingly reasonable price for the products offered.

Looking for something different to upgrade an apartment we’re renovating. Laura was brilliant in working with our budget and helping us getting what we wanted. Highly recommend

Superb customer service and exquisitely chosen products. Couldn’t fault a thing. Will be first port of call for me in the future.

I was looking for a specific radiator that I found on the Ice Cold Spice web site at a price that was a bit better than any other supplier. What clinched it for me was that they were supplying fancy radiator valves at literally half the price of another major supplier. The lack of reviews indicated that they are fairly new in the market so was it worth the risk? ABSOLUTELY!! These guys deliver exemplary customer service on a level that I have never experienced before. Immediately after placing the order I was called to check that I had ordered the correct number of items. A further call the next day informed me about dispatch and delivery. The delivery was completed within two days of placing the order. They are definitely at the top of my 'go to' list

Laura was a pleasure to deal with. I had a new bathroom to kit out and found her honest and straightforward manner refreshing. Website was easy to navigate and requesting additional information was never a problem.

Fantastic customer service.I ordered the wrong size radiator valve covers and the company didn't stock the ones that I wanted so gave me a full refund Will definitely use this company again.

Everything went smoothly, order made and radiator delivered. No issues - I got what I needed in time for completion of job.

When it comes to shopping for stuff like this online the experience can be difficult and confusing but Ice Cold Spice is different they curate the range beautifully and very contactable and helpful too!!

I had a wonderful experience upgrading my radiators using Ice Cold Spice! the site is straightforward and has a wide range of products with clear information. Also i havd to say the customer service was prompt to support me with my queries!

Really love my new designer radiator. The customer service was great and I couldn’t fault the overall experience - would highly recommend.

Really happy with my new bathroom radiator, it is excellent quality and came really well packed. Great communication and the radiator arrived just in time!

Couldn't be happier with my new radiators. They are exactly what I have been looking for. As this is the first time I've purchased radiators online, the advice from their helpline was invaluable, and made decision making so much easier. Superb service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
