You were the only catering spokesperson in this busy time that took time out to actually settle down and speak with me in a calming manner and respectful. Horrific is an understatement. For a DEEP CLEAN they will NOT clean inside any cupboards and only clean around everything else. They will not move anything at all in case of breaking an item. They therefore cannot wash up!!!! They will not clean a window that is 2.5ms in height, so what is it that they do that I can't do myself?
When I understood there had been a total misunderstanding with what the cleaners were going to perform I decided to ask them to leave and take it up with their employer. After three e-mails with their employer, I have in writing, via email, that they charge £180 to have two cleaners work a maximum of 1.5 hours thus totalling 3hrs at £60.00 per hour. I said this was unacceptable and wished for a refund. He then accused me of being a racist and that was why I didn't wish them to clean. A RACIST!!! How low can one go? I have employed and worked with people of every race, creed, and nationality during my life. I couldn't believe how totally unprofessional they are as an organisation and scamming people charging huge amounts of money to not even do the basic of jobs.
PS. I am happy to share my e-mail correspondence as proof.

Thank you Fleur.c Howle for your review. It is unfortunate that you went through this experience and I can see it means a lot to you.
But for clarification purpose,
-We did not charge you £180 (you purchased our deal online which cost you 38%+ less than that),
-We did not take any payment from you (all payments went straight to Groupon),
-We did not scam you,
-We were inside your apartment and we did not serve you or carry out any work at your apartment because you REFUSED IT
-You chased the cleaners out of your house.
Yes, the cleaners arrived 15 mins late to your apartment due to traffic (It was on a Monday morning and traffic do happen, even when you leave earlier to arrive to your destination. This is nothing to do with us) which we apologise upon our arrival. When we arrived you already started giving attitude (Not sure why but i guessed because we were 15 mins late).
PS: It was myself that came in on the day and I experienced what i called Racism from you but i refused to take it further because this is not the first, second or tenth time that this will happen to me in my line of work. I know that any one that shows me that side is yet to be Educated well!
A room carpet clean takes 30 mins maximum yet it’s charged at £80 on estimate because of the machine and chemical used to clean the carpet. The carpet cleaner are there only to clean the carpet not the rug on the carpet.
The same is for our deep clean (which i explained to you over the phone prior to our arrival), we are not your regular cleaner to wash your dishes or iron your clothes. We are there to do a deep clean which the list was sent to you. We also explained that it will be very helpful to clear the bathroom and kitchen as much as possible to give the cleaner enough room to do the deep clean.
Regardless of the 3 hours mentioned, if we needed more time to finish the task, we would have stayed to finish! We would not do the task half done and leave, that is not how we work! Thank you

I booked a deep clean for my bathroom and kitchen. Two cleaners came including Isaiah. I was pretty happy with the result as what they cleaned was excellent. However, they did not clean the exterior of the fridge freezer, the exterior corners of the shower, back of the toilet and the floors were only given a quick mop. I wouldn't call it a deep clean and if I had paid full price I would have been unhappy but as I got it on a Groupon deal, I am reasonably pleased.

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Iceman Services. Price was slightly cheaper compared to other services when I prospected.
Team manager Isaiah was efficient and flexible in arranging the cleaning, and easily reachable.
His team did a good job at our house, leaving the house in a good state.
Do clarify exactly what you need to get done with the team prior to their start just to make sure everything is done correctly.
Overall would recommend Iceman cleaning services.
I hired Iceman Services for a move-out cleaning from my flat and was amazed when the reasonable fee included four cleaning staff members. They flew through the job that I expected would take half a day, in just over an hour. Each individual I met was friendly, nice, and overall very positive and lovely to work with. The cleaning was immaculate, I've never seen the flat so clean. I have already, and will continue to recommend them to friends.
Very helpful, super clean and efficient. Would recommend. They arrived on time and fully equipped, the flat was spotless by the end.

I came across Icemanservices when I had to find a cleaner at short notice for an end of tenancy clean for the 2 bed flat I was renting. I obviously wanted to ensure that I had picked the right company as my deposit was dependent on this. I ended up contacting quite a few companies and in turn received a number of quotes. I came across Iceman services and spoke with Isaiah over the phone. His quote was competitive but I was a bit worried as I noticed he didn't have many reviews and his website was still to be launched. Turns out Isaiah's company is relatively new, a business started off after Covid struck.
I can't recommend this company enough. Isaiah is reliable, responded quickly to my enquiry and on the day turned up with his team, they were on time and did an absolutely brilliant job. He and his team left the entire flat absolutely spotless and I'm so glad I booked with them. If you are looking for a professional clean, don't be put off by just the few reviews. This is a new business, they do an absolute stirling job and I am absolutely delighted with the service. Thanks Isaiah and team I will definitely be using your services again and recommend you to others.
Iceman cleaning services impressed me. They did such an amazing job, it was actually a better job compared to what some other cleaners did when I was moving in.
They were punctual, diligent, and left everything in the right place afterward.

Had an amazing experience using an end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Iceman. Isaiah called me and we were able to discuss all the details & find the best suitable time for me (arranged a cleaning for the next day (Sunday!!!)).
The cleaners team was super lovely, acted very professional & punctual (came 10 minutes in advance).
Loved the cleaning. The guys were paying attention to every detail. I felt very satisfied.
I offer them to leave the keys in the post box, so I don’t need to come and check on them, but they kindly suggested me to come & see the result & if I have any issues with the cleaning that could be fixed straight away.
