Really nice period panties. They are so soft and fits perfect, they keep me dry up to 12 hour.

Good fit. Safe for me at night. Nonsmelling. Great product.

I wish I hade these when I was young. I have never felt this secure. Amazing product. Very good experience from this company. A bit slow delivery but it was definitely worth it. After trying a few others I decided that I will only shop from iconica in the future.

Positief:
- De broekjes lekken niet door.
- Als ze niet zo klein zouden vallen, zouden ze ook erg comfortabel zitten denk ik

Negatief:
- De broekjes vallen erg klein
- De anti- lek lagen lopen tot heel ver naar achteren wat zichtbaar is als je een wat dunnere broek draagt (Wat niet te zien is op de website) Bij een gewone spijkerbroek is het gelukkig niet te zien.
- Er wordt gezegd dat het nare geurtjes absorbeert. Ik gebruik ze nu een aantal maanden en vind het toch echt niet fris ruiken hoor, zeker niet als je ze 12uur achter elkaar aan zou houden zoals wel zou moeten kunnen volgens Iconica......
- Alleen in de kleur zwart. Ik zou graag huidskleur hebben voor onder mijn witte uniform.

Heel slecht dit, kocht het een maand geleden. Kreeg na 3 dagen mail dat als ik ze goed zou beoordelen via bol.com gratis slip zou krijgen. Helaas is mijn bestelling er. Nog niet mailen heeft geen zin want antwoord krijg je niet. Dit is dus 1 malige bestelling voor mij. Ook omdat het product er nog niet is… jammer gemiste kans voor dit bedrijf!

Dan nog jullie reageren niet op mailtjes en instagram dm gedaan. Jullie reageren gewoon heel traag of niet🤦🏼‍♀️

Update…

Nog niks ontvangen.. volgens de track and tracé moet het al binnen zijn. Niemand in mijn buurt heeft m’n spullen ontvangen:( en nu mailen en via instagram geprobeerd contact te krijgen nog niks weer gehoord

I’ve been trying to get in contact with iconica for 13 days without any reply from them. I wish to return my order due to poor fit, but even though I’ve sent several requests, they seem to have vanished.
In a few day my 60 days satisfaction guaranty has passed, and apparently it somehow impossible to get any informations regarding return.
I feel scammed🫥

ADDITION/EDIT 17.02.23
After writing this review I finally got an answer from Alyssa at iconica escalations team in my mailbox on 03.02.23. I was very happy to finally receive a reply. She was sorry about how this case had been handled and had as an apology attached a returnlabel for me to use and asked me to let them know when I had returned my items. I had a question regarding my refund and answered the email, again I didn't receive any answer and I crossed my fingers and shipped the package on 06.02.23 and notified Alyssa as she had asked for.
Since then I have sent her no less than 3 emails AND left my account number in the shipping box for them for the refund. And now 11 days after shipping it I still haven't heard ANYTHING. It would an understatement to say that I am displeased.

I still haven’t received my refund and it’s very difficult to get in contact with their customer service. Actually I haven’t gotten any reply since 22.02.23 even though I’ve written them no less than 4 times.

The purchase that change my life.
The product it's so soft, thin and comfy. You can use it with jeans and nobody will notice it.
I am not worry anymore about looking at some mirror or asking to my friends if I have some blood spot in my pants haha.
100% it's super easy to clean it and bye bad smells! I definitely recommend to buy it!! Your body will appreciate it and also your financial. But the most import thing, you will feel free and relax in your period days.

First of all it took some weeks before I got the product, after I had ordered it. When I finally received them they did not fit so I wanted to send them back. I found out that Iconica must send you the shipping address to do so. After some days of waiting after contacting them I finally got a mail where they told me to buy a return label so I could send them back. It went on like two weeks and I had still not heard anything form them or got any label. So I sent them a new mail. They answered quick and wrote:

Hi,

Hope this email finds you well.

Unfortunately, our third party vendor has halted receiving more transactions which will delay your return even more.

Given the circumstance, we will refund your order anyway. Since they are still unused, you may have them as a gift to a friend or family member that may fit in them.

We hope this works out for you. 🎁

Best regards,"

To conclude: I have wainted a lot and I started to be impatient, but I think the way it ended was a good solution.

De her trusser har simpelten gjort mit liv meget lettere! Anbefaler til atmlt og alle (kvinder 😅) jeg havde svært ved at tro at det virkelig virkede, men det gør det altså, og jeg har ikke været bekymret for at bløde igennem siden jeg prøvede dem første gang. Bruger dem som supplement til tampon de dage jeg bløder mest, og særligt efter min graviditet er det rart, da min blødning er blevet voldsommere i en periode. Glæder mig til de lancerer hæjtaljede modeller, så skal jeg lige have lidt flere og de har skrevet til mig at de er på vej i sortimentet 🤩

Que maravilla, olaja haberlas descubierto antes. De normal gasto la talla M, pero me cogi la talla L y me va perfecta!!! no tengo ninguna fuga, absorven muchisimo y son comodisimas, de verdad que hacen que te olvides del periodo. La entrega super rapida. Me compre una oferta de dos por uno y pienso cogerme mas porque estoy encantadisima.

I'm lucky that I don't have heavy bleeding, so for me it's much more comfortable not having to worry about tampons or pads. I don't feel the need to change during the day, although if you have a more heavy period you might have to. They absorb everything, and although there is a faint smell it's not as bad as pads.
I don't like the idea of a menstrual cup, and this feels more hygienic. Also great customer service! Recommended!

I’m very satisfied with their period panties. My periods have always been an uncomfortable thing but having underwear that is comfortable and gives me the protection I need puts my mind at ease.

Service is also very good! They always respond to questions quickly and are helpful.

Jeg bestilte denne trusen fordi jeg er noe plaget med urinlekkasje og tenkte at denne trusen kanskje kunne hjelpe meg til en bedre hverdag. Den har virkelig oppfylt mine ønsker. Vet at denne er spesielt designet for mensen utflod men denne fungerer også bra for oss menn med urinlekkasje. Dette er et fantastisk produkt.👍. Nå slipper jeg at det blir vond lukt og slipper samtidig å bruke Herrebind. Jeg er så godt fornøyd med iconica trusen og den gode kundeservicen jeg har fått. Terningkast 6.😊😊👍👍. Knut Brekke.

Het broekje werkt goed. Je kunt het gerust 8 uur aan hebben zonder door te lekken. Helaas is de buitenkant van het broekje van nylon. Dat vind ik zelf niet zo fijn. De pasvorm is ook vrij low waisted. En ze vallen klein! Maat M zit bij mij goed. Ik draag normaal maat S. De verzending duurde bijna een maand. Dat vind ik wel echt heeeel lang.

Min fru beställde ett par trosor för ca en månad sedan, men det blev fel storlek. Hon har därefter försökt att få byta storlek och försökt kontakta dem flera gånger under snart en månads tid men de hör aldrig av sig.

Det finns självklart inget telefonnummer att ringa heller.

Köp inte från detta stället! Blir det fel går det inte byta.

I rate with only 4 stars because I haven't try them yet (On my period).
But my experience with customer service has been fantastic as I was worried about my package and they replay to me and update me very kindly.
Once I received the underwear, I could not be more happy with the quality, the texture is amazing, how it fits me and how comfortable they are!
Can't wait to try them out on my next period, I have no doubts I am going to be even happier with them.
