ICS were such a good choice. Absolutely professional and meticulously honest from start to finish. Site manager Stas was always available to smoothly handle any issues that arose. Builders all friendly and competent. All work completed as agreed and to a high standard. Very happy with our experience and our new loft.

ICS built a Single Mansard Loft Conversion for us.

I cannot fault any of those who worked on the building project. This involved a Structure Team, Brick Layers, Plumbing team, Electrical Team, Dry lining team, Plasterers, Tilers and carpenters. Without exception all were polite, reliable and produced work of a very high standard. They all worked on the project aware that we lived in the property. They tried not to disrupt our lives and showed great sensitivity and remained polite and pleasant at all times.

We now have an additional room with an en-suite which we are very happy with.

There were delays on the project, most caused by Building Control (delaying the project by changing their demands). These delays were frustrating but our Project manager Stas (who was brilliant throughout) worked tirelessly to get things moving.

Stas was fabulous. He always made time for us to talk through any concerns we had and we built up a very happy and respectful relationship with him and these meetings were always harmonious and considerate. If necessary he would turn up immediately to remedy any situation or query.

The standard of build of our Mansard Loft Conversion is very high.

Working with Stas and all the staff at ICS (especially Minde, Toma and Lile) was a pleasure and our experience with ICS is very good.

We checked out various recommendations, spoke to other customers and did quite a bit of research before landing on ICS for our loft and we weren’t disappointed. We were impressed throughout – the project management team are communicative, transparent and super organised throughout, which meant that we felt always informed and there was no down-time at all. Materials and teams were always present, on-time and their trade teams were really great guys, happy workers and just nice to have around our busy family life. The project team sat down with us at the start to outline what to expect each week and when to order sanitaryware, tiles etc to ensure things kept on track – they managed us as much as their own teams which was much appreciated! There were no hidden surprises, where there were trade-up options/choices to be made, the pros and cons and costs were presented quickly and clearly. Workmanship was careful and thorough and we feel proud and relieved with our beautiful loft extension, so much so we’re using the same team for our kitchen extension. We have no hesitation in recommending IDC and wish we had something else to throw their way – they’re a fantastic team!

ICS built us an amazing loft extension that we'll enjoy for years to come. The whole team, headed up by Stas, have been utterly professional and a real pleasure to have in the house over the entire duration of the project. We recently had our loft project completed ( April 2023 ) and we are very happy with the end results. The quality of the work was of a high standard and not counting the windows upgrade that we had, the project was completed within budget.

Stas was our project manager responsible for assembling a team of tradesmen whom were all very professional and polite. It was great working with all of them. Special thanks and credits to them all.

Communication was good throughout the whole duration of the project. On the onset of this project, a WhatsApp group for everyone whom were involved with this project was set up and we find this a very effective way of communication. Emma the customer service manager would phone up fortnightly to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Thank you Emma.

Cleanliness was also very good. As you can imagine any major building works can get very messy. The builders would clean/sweep the whole place including the front of the property before they go home. In fact our neighbour have commented about the tidiness of the builders.

Finally, we wish Stas and his team many more successful projects like ours going forward. Thank you Stas.

We are very grateful to Minde and his team for all of their hard work - we are delighted with our loft conversion. Minde and the team managed a slick process from organising the architect drawings and planning process, to all of the building work. Deadlines in general were met and there were no major hidden costs. Our loft conversion took approximately three months which was great, and overall we were very happy with the service and product.
