This is our 3rd complete system from iCubes. Always a fast service and no issues. For business use these are so much better than big box units.

We had problems with disabling the secure boot in the BIOS but iCubes were very helpful and able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone saving us a lot of time.

A quicker than expected delivery. Good price for a barebones system.

Ordered Asus NUC 14 Pro. Called beforehand to check stock and also had a few queries. Connected through very quickly to Sales, and had my queries answered satisfactorily. Website was easy to use and config my required specs, prices clearly laid out. Went for express service and ordered was received on time. Build quality is great, customer service was excellent, highly recommended.

Good communication, pre-order promise kept

Very nicely built new PC, and love how neatly all the "bits & bobs" were packed away. Very quick build time too. I had asked for a unlisted addition (a com port) in the comments box when ordering - but I guess this got lost along the way - no problem I can sort that out.

A company that knows that it's doing and does it well

This is my 3rd NUC from iCubes for my wife and I over about 10 years. Being able to self-configure was especially important.

They have been upfront and honest with me from the start building a system to my specifications at a competitive price and the service has been second to none. Ordered the system on a Monday and received it all well packaged without a hitch by the following Saturday. They have shown immense patience helping me set it all up and get started as I'm a bit of a technophobe and wasn't looking forward to that process. Everything up and running and working beautifully within half an hour of calling them. Couldn't fault the service or the products supplied at all.

My system was a new Asus PN64 mini computer raw unit built to my specifications with all new peripherals as well, speakers, keyboard/mouse, webcam etc.

I enquired about a part which wasn’t listed on the website as a standalone option to order, and also wasn’t in stock at the time. icubes took my details and promised to get in touch when the part was available. A few weeks later as promised they emailed a competitive quote and delivered immediately. Very impressed.

Very prompt response when a Win11 update caused a restart problem with my NUC13. No fault of the hardware, but a problem with update. Very good and clear instructions from the support technician allowed the NUC to come back to life.
