DO NOT BUY - school frame jk-grade 12
I ordered the school frame jk-grade 12.
The order was wrong. Names received were not what was ordered, and in the example they write “Taylor” and the final product they include the name TAYLOR in it!
No where on the product page itself, does it state they use that on the final product. It simply shows as an example. It is not stated that it is a fixed template, and the name TAYLOR will be added to your product.
I contacted them stating why would I order it with a name that isn’t theirs and their response was “there is nothing wrong with the order”.
I paid rush shipping to have it for Christmas presents, but didn’t even get it until after Christmas. Paid $225 and can’t even use the product unfortunately! They only offered a $17 refund…
Very disappointed in the product and customer service itself.

I have emailed back and forth for a few weeks, however, the company only offered $5 refund, and I kept pushing for full ans it’s not what was ordered. The bad they would refund was $17. That won’t fix the problem, or the amount I spent, and the loss of Christmas gift. I feel scammed. I’m very disappointed!

Well the W quality is horrible. The glass is all scratch up. The quality of pictures seems like doted. I was honestly disappointed. Not to mention it took over month to receive the product

Worst company ever!!
Worst company ever!!! Waited past Christmas to get my wife's gift it arrived completely broken in January. Now for a whole month I have been fighting with them for a refund. They are trying to say 15% 20%. 70% is all they're willing to give and then I have to turn around and still pay for the shipping again and material cost when I've already paid for that once for a broken product.
