Ideal Textiles Avis 

Bought 4 sets. Happy with 3 but the 4th, the ‘Ombre Printed Blue & Red Duvet’ material is thin and feels like plastic though it is 50% cotton. Bought for my son and he refused to have it in his bed. Frustratingly I can not return as I washed it hoping it would soften. No such luck. Do not buy.

Item not delivered. was expecting it on Saturday. Couriers(EVRI) said its delivered when it wasn't... they are now trying to find out what went wrong however they have not done anything for the customer apart from telling me to wait until they find out what went wrong.. this is not right. I don't even know how long this will take. Don't think IL ever use this store again!

I bought a duvet cover from this company last year. I wasn't able to use it as we were decorating. So it's been in storage. Put it on the bed this last month. It's been in the wash once and the entire seam down one side has come apart.

Because it's out of the 30 days, they won't do anything. Response was prompt but I'm now down a duvet cover that I've used once. Really poor. Poor quality product. Won't shop here again.

Ordered a cushion. Took a week from payment to delivery which is fine. Very pleased with the cushion,it is as described on website.

Still waiting for a response from the company and a refund for £328.
I have forward my post office receipt of returns.

I ordered two throws for my sofa's, when they arrived I had a slight problem with one of the throws. Contacted Ideal Textiles and I received a reply the next day.
Ashley in customer services is a credit to the company, polite and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Disappointed with torne abstract - eco friendly kakhi duvet.
Bought based on the colours which are not the same tone as the pic in the site.

Ideal textiles is the best company I have come across for a very long time,We ordered cushions ;and just had a minor problem with the delivery, They excepted the return without quibble, the lady on customer service was excellent and professional;and dealt with the replacement straight away personally ,insuring that the spec' i asked for was sent out . I was kept informed of the progress of my very fast replacement every step of the way. the quality of product and service is no less than excellent. Thank you so much for a Great service,and will use you again;and recommend your wonderful company.

I ordered 2 double divan base stretch velvet covers. They arrives a week later and we’re so short in depth they were unusable. I went to their site to effect return and found the cost was my responsibility. As this was their mistake I emailed and explained. They said double divans come in all depths! I said mine are just a standard depth, ordinary bases. I even went online to bed sites so I was sure of my complaint. They would not admit fault. The covers were very heavy and cost me £6 to return. In this climate that’s a lot of money, 2 days meals. They are not a good company to deal with and I would never use them again, I suggest no one else does either.

Never received goods despite taking money from my Bank account. Contacted Customer Services Not very helpful and when I requested my money back they were not forthcoming.Would certainly not recommend this company.

I bought made to measure roman blinds for my bay window from ideal textiles , there was a small delay and I did ring to check when they would be delivered lady was very helpful ,I received my blinds and well worth the wait I love them and about to order another , really good price as well , thankyou ideal textiles

We'd recovered our banquette, with a different colourway to previous; and wanted new cushion covers to brighten it all up.
My cushions were larger than average, so I wasn't finding the size/colour combination I wanted.
However Ideal Textiles had plenty of choices, at very good prices. The colours I chose (always difficult choosing colours on line), were very zingy. The ochre velvet. is amazing. I was kind of going for more of a grass green, than what I got (moss green); but actually, I love it. The red velvet with the stags head, is a triumph. The order took a little longer than I thought it would; and I was a bit concerned with the chosen courier, at first. BUT, it all turned out fine, and I love the new look for my banquette.

Poor quality and one of the cushions I ordered had a burst zip. Emailed the company who responded to say they were closed at the weekend, however I emailed on a Friday. Gave the benefit of the doubt thinking I would have a response on the Monday but nothing. Will never use again.

It took over a week for my order to arrive, which is a lot longer than the 3 working days advertised. It wasn’t even dispatched for 3 working days.

That said, the products were excellent value and I’m really pleased

A good shop to use if you’re not in a hurry for your items.

Ordered a duvet set a few days ago then get an email to say it is out of stock,was a birthday present so not happy.

Very pleased with curtains. Great price and very good delivery. Highly recommended

I ordered duck egg blue curtains they’re green. Emailed customer services no reply phoned snd was told they don’t sell green and duck egg is perceived as blue/ green,they’re definitely no blue in them.
Have been told I have to return them and I pay for returns even though on their reviews they say they send a returns label if item not correct. Customer services was no help she could have been an automated response. I shall avoid them and stick with a company who care about their customers

Scam outfit. Do not buy anything from them. Paid £41.60 for a pair of curtains. But never got them . emailed a few times before I got an answer. Saying they have no record of my order even though I got an order confirmation text. Do not buy anything from these people.

I ordered the 100% cotton aprons for a class I was teaching for cancer patients. We tye dyed 10 of the aprons but they are not 100% cotton and did not take the dye. Now I’m stuck with 50 aprons I can’t use.
