The ordering process was easy and the token arrived quickly. The level of comms was perfect. One recommendation would be to add a FAQ in the help desk area about Windows Hello. When I first tried to access my cert I kept getting an error message stating a USB was still plugged in. I did not have any USBs plugged in. When I talked to your help desk they were able to quickly identify the issue so I could go back to my IT team for help.

Great team, great service, consistently great results.
The technicians are knowledgeable and informative. They are responsive to our needs and keep us up and running 100%. We have an outdated EMR that requires a lot of patience to keep working but they are doing an amazing job with all our systems. Our onsite team loves working with them, the EMR team loves working with them, and frankly, we wouldn’t be working without them

Approximately 6-8 weeks ago, I contacted support to assist me to install the PKI on a new laptop. The support technician who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable.
