Had to return a ribbon and after I we returned it I was told there was a restocking fee. I never would have returned it had they told me that up front.

The product we purchased
The product we purchased, ID Badge Covers have not been the quality as in the past. The top slot, where a lanyard clip fastens, breaks frequently. We just need a different product next year that can take the usage without breaking.
I apologize, I had the wrong ID Badge company. Please disregard the comments.
