After a very stressful small house fire I came across IFFR and am so glad I did. Kevin came on a Sunday within hours me calling me him and put me immediately at ease. He talked me through the whole process in detail and answered my multiple questions without delay over text over the next few days. The team did a wonderful job cleaning , even working on Good Friday to ensure I could be back into the house promptly. I felt really well looked after and in safe hands during the whole process. After a bedroom fire they very quickly wrote up a report for the insurance company and then started the clearing out, and huge cleaning job because of extensive smoke and soot damage. The team of 5 over three days did an incredible job. Very easy to deal with, also.

My home was in such a disastrous condition following a major leak and j had to move out due to water damage and mould. The best thing I ever did was to call IFFR. They responded immediately and were so prompt at each stage of repair process, mitigation and restoration of my home. They gave reassurance, were knowledgeable experts in the field of water damage and very professional.

I had water damage in the house from an internal pipe bursting from the water tank in the attic. Team were great for arriving swiftly, helping to fix wet patches and then re plaster and resurface damaged areas.
Job was great and Yannis and his team also helped to patch up other areas where I had need of a good plastering and skimming. Great work all round, very professional and very sound bunch.

We had never heard of IFFR until we had a house fire over the Bank Holiday weekend. A friend recommended them to us. Kevin and Grace arrived within 24 hours of our ‘phone call and immediately put the wheels in motion to take away our contents and furniture, clean and store it until our house is repaired. Thankfully IFFR were so quick to get out and fix it, ensuring my house was back to its original condition.
Professional service throughout took much of the stress out of this ordeal also.

This company from my experience is a front for a company called jersov ltd trading as irish fire and flood according to their certificate of incorporation. My experience involved 1000sq feet cotttage which was smoke damaged. Mr janis jersov spent 7months and 55k restoring by himself. There was no urgency whatsoever. He arrived when he arrived at 11am, did a bit and went home. He was paying himself by the day. To put the time in context, 5k of the insurance claim pertained to me finding alternative accomodation while remedial works were underway. That nowdays would amount to about 2 months which would t be un reasonable. Quality of fixtures and fittings IKEA. Kitchen sink, white plastic which stains.Gas hob not working. Shower not working. Heating not working. Sanitary wear in bathroom a disgrace. Tiling in bathroom beautiful. New timber floors beautiful. House much brighter, read dental surgery. Large hole in outside wall of bathroom wall abandoned. 3 and a half tons of builders rubble also abandoned in driveway. 5k paid for bed, 2seat sofa and tv. TV not supplied. Will it do me to live in ? Absolutely. Its warm safe and dry thats all i require. Would a woman be happy with it . Absolutely not. Plus what wife,mother would put up with a seven month delay when a proper builder would have her back in in a month. In short theyre small time huxters .

After suffering sever water damage while on holidays and needing immediate advice IFFR answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon.

They talked us through what was needed, recommended an assessor, showed up and dried and cleared it all out. They continued to work with us through the whole process.

We're immensely thankful - not least for being able to enjoy our second week of holidays knowing it was in good and experienced hands.
