I'm very, very happy with Paul. He is the fairest man I have come across for a long time. He always takes time to explain things and I have spoken to him on about 3 occasions about 2 years ago before actually meeting him yesterday and he was then able to advise me over the phone costing me nothing at all. I only know one other person that has done that and it is our aerial man. They are out there but few and far between. Paul is very fair with his prices too. Thank you.

IFixTech has done a number of repairs since I came to the area. Most recently on my Microsoft Surface, my main machine. The charge stayed as the estimate although taking longer than expected. Really great and complete customer and follow -up service. Paul is the first person I take my devices to and have done so for 5 years now. I had an issue with macros on a spreadsheet I use which was designed by a third party. Paul went through various remote methods and advice to resolve the issue, but concluded that I needed to purchase Microsoft 365 for WORD/EXCEL as my current system would not work the macros. He contacted a supplier for the licence and offered to install it for me. I dropped my laptop off at Paul's place. Then his problems started as what should have been a half hour operation took Paul a day and a half. He stuck to the task resolutely and without demur until he had successfully completed the installation. He did an excellent job for which he made no charge for his additional time sorting it out. A true professional whom I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
