Igloo Coolers UKAvis 

I recently preordered and purchased the Igloo Kool Tunes. In terms of service I can safely say Matt from Igloo did a 11/10 job. From remembering to notify me of the preorder going live almost 7 months after I initially enquired about the product, refunding me for a portion of the shipping costs they initially thought was higher, keeping me updated at every stage of the Kool Tunes delivery, to then following up with me on its arrival to see that I was happy with the product. He really went above and beyond. The product itself is outstanding. Excellent build quality that Igloo are renowned for. The speaker quality is much better than I ever expected and I cant wait to really put it to use over the coming summer months. Thanks again to Matt and all the folks at Igloo!

Amazingly good customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and approachable. Best C S I've had for ages (they actually call you on the phone, and call you back when they say they will and answer the phone !!!!!!!). If the product is as good as the C S I shall be an exceptionally happy bunny!

Igloo were amazing at finding my parcel, Matthew and matt both helped on my case and both were super helpful. Just a shame fed ex lost it

I needed a cooler for an event but foolishly didn't order one till Monday despite needing it on Wednesday! I recieved excellent customer service from Jacksons (who run the site) to make sure it got there on time.

The cooler I had originally chosen wasn't in stock so I was given a different one with the lower price honoured. I got my cooler on time and am very happy with the service I received.

What can I say with regards to the service I received from Matt absolute joy to deal with from the sales to my igloo boat cooler turned everything around in 2 days!!

My order ref 9159 - was ordered June 13th - its now been 15 days and still no delivery despite calling them 3 times and was assured each time my order was being despatched that day. In my last call i asked for a refund and that hasn't been processed either. Avoid this company

Matt was fantastic with me from the beginning to the end . Fantastic customer service.

I had an fault/issue with the latch on my Igloo BMX Heavy duty cool box.
I contacted Jacksons (UK main dealer where I bought the box from) and spoke with Matt.
He in turn contacted Igloo in the U.S.A, they offered me a replacement and requested that I return the box so they could try and determine the issue.
These cool boxes can be expensive, but when you get service like this, they are worth every penny.

Excellent service

I called Jackson Leisure Supplies and spoke to an incredibly helpful adviser. The order arrived the next Morning very well packed. Igloo coolers seem by far the best product and value for money.

Ordered an Igloo cool box from Igloo Coolers UK on Oct 2.
By 12 Oct item had not arrived and tracking just informed it had been picked up 5 Oct but was delayed.
Contacted Igloo Coolers by email to inform them, after their close of business.The following morning received an email to say that they were sending a replacement for following day delivery. Sure enough replacement arrive just after lunch the following day as promised. Great customer service in rectification of a problem that was not of their making.

Very helpful assistance when I needed a replacement cooler to fit on my small boat. Good product.

The wrong igloo was sent to me, which I had ordered in time for an event. When the delivery had arrived and I had realised they had sent me the wrong igloo I called customer service who explained I would have to pay an additional £26 for shipping for their error. However this issue got sorted after I explained to the manager any customer shouldn't have to take on an extra bill for their companies error especially a returning customer.
I didn't receive the correct igloo in time for the event, however the igloo came two days after and is amazing it does what it says and is worth the money I spent on it.

Customer service was incredibly accommodating and very helpful. Went above and beyond to get a product out to me in a short timeframe despite being incredibly busy. Very impressed.
