Ignite Funding Avis 

Four loans in default in 2025. Started investing in 2022. They claim they underwrite these loans at 60 to 65% loan to value. When a default happens it sounds more like they were underwriting them at 80 to 95% with the payoff on liquidation being very dismal and not happening as of yet on any of these defaults still in limbo with $100,000 hanging in the wind.

I have had multiple loans go into default with this company. Their communication is minimal and lacking in detail. When I call for more information, the person I speak too typically does not know anything but promises to have someone who does know call back. Cue laughter, guess how many times I have ever gotten a call back. Terrible company. Do you want to lose all of your hard earned money??

Spoke with company representative before Ignite was set to meet on Dec 16 in a mediation with the control company's insurance company (trying to get SOME money back from this fiasco of an investment) . He said he would post an update after the meeting, but as of today still has not. Listen up, they will make promises, just don't expect them to keep them. Communication? HAHA. Transparency? ROFL. Invest with them at your own risk and trust me, it will be a HUGE risk.

I watched Ignite remotely for about 3-4 months before engaging. I've checked their record and while you have to be skeptical of most things on the internet, they've been in business 8+ years and seem to have a documented history of mostly successful loans. Kate has been my rep and I am currently invested in 3 independent deals. She is very responsive and informative with her answers. The company is VERY well organized in terms of processing the multiple documents that have to be e-signed with every transaction and seems to be totally legit in terms of legal compliance. The communication methods used by Ignite are always the same which benefits the investor because that consistency improves efficiency and understanding. I am still new to Ignite but am very pleased, to date, with the simplicity of the approach, the results and not just Kate, but the overall customer service team.
