compre una licencia pero no se puede activar, envie un correo a su soporte pero no responden

i bought a minecraft java & bedrock key but i still havent gotten it , the costumer service dont reply at all , i hope they see this message and give me the help needed otherwise DO NOT buy from them .
EDIT : i did get the game key eventually after sending many emails , their costumer support is terrible they rarely respond , i’ll give them 2 stars just because the product is good but every other thing i definitely wouldn’t recommend , they have to get better .

i've bought creative cloud for 3 months and then it stopped working, so i wrote an email and their response was very quick.. now it happened again but now.. nothing. no response after 3 emails.. sorry guys i'm dissapointed

Easy and simple

I bought Windows 11 Home Retail Key but key which I got from Ignitekeys was OEM. I wrote two email to support and never received answer which means that they know that they are selling wrong product.

The keys they sell are counterfeit - already used ones. You can't use them. And there is no support either - their support email just goes into the void.

Don't buy the Adobe creative cloud 3 month subscription, after the first 2 weeks it stops working and support is not answering to their support e-mail not even after weeks.

My Windows 10 Pro product key didn't work, but when I emailed the Ignite Keys support team they emailed my with a working Product key all they asked for was a picture of the error code.

Avoid for Adobe.. lost access 3 times - support have stopped replying

10/10 Company experience, got a windows 11 pro key, super cheap, super easy to activate!

Recently I ordered a 6 month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. After about 24 hours I got an email that I was added to a group and I had access to the Adobe apps. However, the next day I had no more access to the apps. I again got an email from Adobe mentioning that I had to request authorities to my administrator. I filed a request even though I totally don't know who is administering this group. I got no answer and thus no approval. I meanwhile sent 3 emails tot the ignite support team but all of them were left unanswered. I guess I got scammed. I knew I was taking a risk but since the fee was not to high I took it. Should have know better...

They're fraud !
I have paid for a service on 20th June ,
They did not send me anything, I sent emails for the key they did not reply,just charged a big amount from my card and they disappeared.
Please do not try to purchase with them they are scammers and fraud.

Purchased a windows 10 pro key and did not work. After contacting support they got back to me within 10 minutes and sent me a fresh key that did work
