The office download was quick and efficient (instantaneous).
After week, the DB stopped working. I emailed IgniteKeys about the problem and they quickly responded with the right fix.

Excellent service and a very positive experience. I purchased a Windows license, but unfortunately the first key I received did not work. I submitted a support ticket, and they responded very quickly and provided me with a new license key that worked perfectly.
I really appreciate how quickly they took responsibility and resolved the issue. Problems can happen with any purchase, but what really matters is how the seller responds — and in this case, their customer service was excellent.
Highly recommended. I would definitely buy from them again.
