The phone numbers to generate Confirmation ID did not work. Contacted ignitekeys support for help. They responded the next days and provided a website address to generate Confirmation ID. Good after sale support!

Key already used but fixed with support
Ordered a Win 11 key from the site. Key was already used and could not be activated.

Purchased a Windows 10 Pro Retail…
I purchased a Windows 10 Pro Retail Key and the initial key I received back won't activate.
Sent them an email about this issue and about an hour later, I received a second key. That key activated without any issues.
Given the price I paid for the key, I am overall very satisfied and would consider making future purchases from them.
